I am new to town and Groove Nutrition immediately became my FAVORITE place in Monticello. The customer service is amazing. Chyanna & Amber are so personable and sweet and have made me feel very welcomed.
The teas are refreshing & delicious and give you just the right amount of boost - I can’t go a day without.
The protein shakes are so smooth & creamy, they make you think you’re drinking a milkshake. My husband was skeptical but after his first sip he was hooked!
My recommendations are the Señorita Lit Tea & the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake. 10/10 🤩

I went and tried Groove today and tried the "Watermelon Cooler" and my co-worker tried the "Cotton Candy Cooler" and both drinks were AMAZING!! The Owner was so sweet and professional, if you have not tried this place yet I would Highly Recommend trying one of their drinks. Their menu has something different for everyone to enjoy.

Today I visited this cute establishment on the recommendation of Ms. Mia, owner of The Arctic Scoop. First let me say, Brittany was super sweet, helpful and knowledgeable. She explained the menu in detail to help me decide on my drink of choice. I ordered the Mamacita and it was delicious. If you haven’t stopped by this new establishment yet, I recommend you do. I promise you won’t be disappointed. Perfect treat for Florida’s weather 😁.
