“I am new to town and Groove Nutrition immediately became my FAVORITE place in Monticello. The customer service is amazing. Chyanna & Amber are so personable and sweet and have made me feel very welcomed. The teas are refreshing & delicious and give you just the right amount of boost - I can’t go a day without. The protein shakes are so smooth & creamy, they make you think you’re drinking a milkshake. My husband was skeptical but after his first sip he was hooked! My recommendations are the Señorita Lit Tea & the Cinnamon Toast Crunch shake. 10/10 🤩“
