The venison sliders and Monti burgers were excellent. We caught them in between lunch and dinner so service was a little off, but the overall experience was great.

Excellent Jambalaya and fried chicken! Next time I'll try the venison items. Mango Margarita is Magnificent! Worth the drive from Tallahassee.
Anytime we are in Monticello, we stop at the Rev Cafe to eat a delicious ? Georgia kale salad. I love it!! Always good service.

This was a wonderful place to eat for lunch - especially if you have dogs! The chicken caeser wrap and southern potato salad were delicious! They had bogo mimosas and even add Tito's vodka to their mimosas for an extra touch of "relaxation", lol. My waitress was an absolute doll as well despite me being a little high maintenance! Highly recommend. :-)

Rev has been hit-or-miss in the past, but tonight they hit it out of the park! We had a group of 16 and they welcomed us in. We were all able to sit near each other, our server Addison did an amazing job, and the food was ALL excellent. Even with 16 people, all of our food came out at the same time and everything was prepared as we ordered it.

This is my favorite place in Montecelio. The menu is really extensive and there is something for everyone. The quality of the food is great and everyone is friendly.

Myself and my friend ate here and and both had a cheese burger and fries. Both burgers were cooked to our request and served hot and fresh. We will eat here again next time we play golf in Monticello.

Would not recommend! Food portions were small, overcooked, and dry. Grandsons steak ordered med rare came med well with no flavor. Could have used the sauces listed on the menu but none were provided. Fries were thin, cold, and cooked with old oil (dark brown color)
Bathroom could have used a cleaning, exhaust fan replaced (very loud), and motion sensor annoyingly kept turning the lights out. The wait staff was fair but not great.Definitely not worth the money spent!

We were promptly seated. The server took our drink order - 1 water, 1 sweet tea and returned with 2 waters, and before we could request the sweet tea again, he was gone. Just as we were getting up to leave after waiting 10 minutes, he returned to take our orders.
The food was ready quickly and tasted great!
The Fried Green Tomatoes were good, and as a bonus, they were gluten-free.
The Housemade Black Bean Burger on a GF bun and fries was also good. The Fish of the Day Sandwich with mixed veggies was good, but the fish portion was quite small.
When the food was delivered, we asked for water refills, but none were provided. We then had to wait 5 minutes until we could get someone's attention to return to the table to request tartar sauce, mustard, and mayo before eating our entrees. We then asked for water refills again, which we did receive. There were 4 people working the front of the house, but no one seemed to have clearly defined roles, and at least one staff member seemed more concerned with chatting with colleagues than meeting customers' needs. We saw several parties come in and wait for extended periods of time before someone helped them.
All in all, the food was great, but the service has much to be desired.
Vegetarian options: Vegan and vegetarian options that weren't salads.
Dietary restrictions: Breaded appetizers are gluten free!
They also offer gluten free buns for an upcharge for sandwiches and burgers.

It's not a fancy place but if you are looking for a quaint little restaurant with reasonably priced good food this is the place. I prefer sitting outside as it can get a little loud for my taste inside.

Really cool local restaurant at the Monticello downtown square. Take the wife to lunch here and then go to the fishing and hunting outfitting store across the street after. That's a good Saturday date.
