Came in near closing time I understand that people are shutting down but half the ingredients were already wrapped up it was like half an hour still left to go they refuse to open them on the other hand also be full that I got once it was finally done hungry ready to go came back the meatball sub was at best halfway cooked and the tuna just tasted like it had been sitting there for a while under the heat lamp come on subway you can do much better than this I know you can cuz I used to love coming here in the past

I had not stopped at Subway in Monticello for many years, but I wanted a sub yesterday. Walked into a clean restaurant, smiling employees and fresh looking vegetables. I ordered the American Club I believe. The one with bacon. She fixed the sandwich just like I asked, got home and it was sooo good! I'm glad I gave them another shot after seeing some recent positive reviews. I will definitely go back and order that specific sandwich.

The young girl making our sandwich just walked out of sight to the back of store leaving an unfinished sandwich on the counter. Finally a young man asked me if it was my sandwich and he finished it for me. Very poor service.

Very nice staff but refuse to actually put the correct amount of product on your sandwich. Ex. What I ordered would be 2 individual servings of the steak (for the sandwich price) and they only put 1 and would not put the 2nd one without added charges. They put very minimal on their sandwiches.

Hello!! I have an issue at subway monticello but a good and Quick response, I'm willing to change my review to try again (l like subway)
Just got a 6 inch veggie sub from here and they really skimped on the filling. Got everything on it except the pickles I get the same exact sub from the Madison location on a regular basis and they put enough veggies that they actually spill out of the sandwich. This location hardly put any at all.
