Omg! Stumbled upon Willies on a Saturday daytrip. My wife, daughter and I were amazed at how delicious the pulled pork, potato salad and cole slaw were. The mrs. Who greeted us before we went inside was full of southern charm!! That and the quaint inside completed this experience. We ordered some ribs to take with us for following day Sunday football. Willies is a must visit! Take our word for it.

I happened upon this place and was immediately drawn to its welcoming, quaint vibe. I ordered from their outside window and the lady who waited on me was just delightful. Prices are great...$10 for a moist pulled pork sandwich, 2 sides and a coke. It came with two sauces...a traditional BBQ sauce and a carolina BBQ sauce (mustard- based, sweet and tangy). It was to die for. The food was FANTASTIC and the prices were phenomenal for the amount of food given.

Willie's BBQ in Monteverde is the real deal. Got the two-meat combo, ribs and chicken. The ribs? Phenomenal! Tender, full of flavor. Chicken was solid too, scrumptious! People are awesome, like eating at at relatives. Portions are generous, prices are fair, and you definitely won’t leave hungry. If you're in town and craving BBQ, Willie’s is a no-brainer. 😋🔥

As a self proclaimed Barbeque snob, this is the best pulled pork I've had since moving to Florida from North Carolina. You can taste the care and love that is put in to each item. The Mac and Cheese reminds me of my Grandma's, the collards have just the right amount of flavor, and the ribs are delicious and good texture, but the pulled pork itself is a love letter to southern bbq, signed sealed and delivered. I have a new weekend spot now, that's for sure.
