“Finally stopped to grab lunch here after riding my bike by dozens of times and having it always smell so good. A well-stuffed pulled pork sandwich, baked beans and mac & cheese for $8.00? Hello! Yes, please. And the mustard bbq sauce they have is Ahh-maz-ING! Only thing missing is I wish they offered some fresh-brewed southern sweet tea, but canned/bottled drinks are the only option.”

“Without question the best sushi we have ever had. Totally worth it for the experience, and I was honestly a little concerned about the seating. It flows perfectly and works great, and on top of this you can order sake from the brewery inside which I thought was so cool. “I love this place, however I had an experience on 5/1 that I wasn’t thrilled with and it’s very difficult to find a way to contact to give feedback so I had to resort to a FB review. My mom and I visited on 5/1. Our server spilled most of a Champagne Papi onto my lap. I totally understand mistakes happen, however, not once did anyone ask me if I needed anything. The server (I have the name but don’t want to blast all over FB) never asked me if I was Ok, she just simply said she’d be right back with another one, but it was all of the floor, my shorts, my shirt and splashed my mom across the table. I thought maybe she’d be right back with napkin or towel but she didn’t, so I went to the bathroom to try to clean up, but so surprised that no one ever followed up with me. I’m not sure if maybe she was so embarrassed that she didn’t want to tell anyone, or what happened, but I sat in wet shorts the entire time. Thankfully, the pink dye came out of everything, but still am surprised no one ever checked in. Maybe this is standard for you guys, but I wanted to share in case this is not normal.”

“Local Gem We live a 15 minute stroll from Mangoni's Italian Market, but at "feels like" temps hovering around 105°, strolling to lunch hasn't been as attractive ? Sunday, hubby wanted a relaxing lunch with sangria! So, we drove (& charged our EV in the parking garage). We had the entire patio to ourselves, as diners likely expected unbearable heat. Mangoni's pergola and great ceiling fans made patio dining the experience we wanted---even when the afternoon storm blew up from the west, we were protected from rain. We enjoyed our favorite, GF goat cheese pizza, with our sangria. Unlike most places, Mangoni's GF crust is an excellent, thin cauliflower crust. And, it’s not an upcharge. We also enjoyed meeting Georgia, the regional manager, who chatted with us about the social hour (11-6pm weekdays). She made a GF garlicky cheesy Flatbread for us to try--now we have more reason to stroll (or drive) over! Oh, and take away is a frequent option. Really, Mangoni's is a local gem.”

“BurgerFi has always been one of those spots I genuinely enjoy but don’t always find myself near. That’s what makes this location inside Plant Street Market such a great find.

Tucked into all the hustle and bustle, it almost feels like a hidden option among the noise. And interestingly, the pricing here feels more reasonable than some other locations, which makes it an even easier choice.

Now, full transparency... I used to run a food channel, and the team here actually recognized me, which made the experience fun and personal. That said, this isn’t a biased review. I paid for my food, waited in line like everyone else, and had the same experience any customer would.

And the truth is: I really enjoy the burgers here.

The quality is noticeably above traditional fast food... clean, flavorful, and not overly heavy. The portions are balanced, not oversized, which I personally appreciate. You leave satisfied, not weighed down, and still fully capable of walking around and enjoying the rest of the area.

Another underrated perk: they serve beer, and it’s actually cheaper here than at other spots inside the market, which is a nice bonus if you’re trying to keep things reasonable.”

“La Fonda is fantastic! We moved to Orlando from Tucson and have been searching in vain for really good Mexican food here. La Fonda doesn't disappoint. Anything with salsa Verde works well for me, particularly the wet burrito. They have a decent mole sauce as well! And the owners are sweet and happy to have you there.
