Oh my gosh, I chose Allyson A for a latte and an orange scone plus some treats for my hairstylist up the road, and everything was delicious. Eating inside the cafe feels like you’re tucked away in your favorite relative’s dining nook with pretty decor, pictures of family, and cute ceramic plates and actual cutlery. The food is upscale, tastes freshly baked, and is scratch-made. The latte was delicious with a depth of flavor that chain coffee shops don’t have. I highly recommend especially if you need an elegant gift - they offer assorted boxes and discounts on multiples of an item.

I came when visiting Mount Dora New Years weekend and this place was popping. Lots of customers and plenty of employees to handle it all so well. We got their classic chocolate chip cookies and a cookie butter brownie. All were so delicious!

I had the most delightful experience at Allyson A Bake Shop Saturday morning. From the moment I walked in, I was charmed by the quaint and inviting atmosphere. It’s the kind of cozy spot you hope to find, with a warm, welcoming vibe that makes you want to settle in and stay awhile.
I ordered the Banana Streusel Muffin and a regular brew coffee, and it was absolute perfection. The muffin was a masterpiece—incredibly moist, packed with real banana flavor, and topped with a generous, buttery streusel that had the ideal crunch. It was easily one of the best muffins I’ve ever had. The coffee was excellent, too: freshly brewed, robust, and the ideal companion to the sweet, spiced muffin.
To top it all off, the service was excellent. The staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and made me feel so valued. Their passion for what they do really shines through.
Allyson A Bake Shop is a true gem. I’ll absolutely be back to try more of their treats. Highly, highly recommend!

This is my second time here and I have to say, that this place makes the best frosted brownies. Having a Biscoff cookie butter brownie and it’s out of this world. All of the bakery items look incredible. My wife got the St Louis bar and it’s fantastic. 10/10
