I have gone here mutiple times as a stay in and eat customer as well as a to go customer. I can say that each time I visit this location the food is always good quality and the customer service is friendly as well. I only give it 4 stars because of the to go food not being good one time.

Very slow service, clam strips were so over done you couldn't bite or chew. Fish and shrimp on seafood plate was so bad we would have done better going to captain D

Coming from many years of being in restaurant and working in a restaurant business you tend to sometime being less patient with things that are slower than normal so I'll try not to be negative about those aspects The food was good my server seemed disconnected even though it didn't seem the restaurant was real busy I didn't get all my order she tried to compensate by taking something off my check which was nice it just took a lot longer than I asked had expected

Prices are tipical Bobevens ! Dining experience I wasn't sure if I was in a restaurant or in a store! Food quality I rate very poor! I ordered a wildfire chicken salad the lettuce look like it came from the cheapest kind. Other things may be better their. I love their wildfire chicken but the only way to get it is on a very poor salad.

Just ate at this restaurant. Server was terrible. Silverware was dirty. Hair in my pie. Had to ask for a refill twice before she got it. Did not remove dirty dishes from table. Never once apologized for dirty silverware or the hair. Did not get the manager over to talk to me and was all around rude. When I checked out I learned that she did remove the pie for my bill. I didn't ask to have it removed from my bill. Very disappointed with the experience. This seems to be the norm as every time I go it just gets worse. I will not be back
We had a great Thanksgiving dinner at Bob Evans. Tomeka provided outstanding service; the food was plentiful and delicious. We are looking forward to our next visit.

Our waitress was friendly and courteous. She checked on us a couple of times during our meal. We had a delicious Thanksgiving turkey dinner with all of the trimmings, and a piece of pumpkin pie. Everything was so good !! We definitely reccomend this restaurant for great food, great service and great prices !!!

I had the potato soup and it was very good. My boyfriend had the sausage and bisquits. He enjoyed that also. What we both learned is not to get the bowls of either unless you are hungry.

Stopped in with family or 4 adults with 3 kids. They got us in out and fed in just under an hour! Very surprised. Food was as good as any other Bob Evan's chain. Well done!
