Charleys Cheesesteaks and Wings

Our server Jose and another gentlemen provided us with exceptional customer service. They welcomed our family of 5 with smiling faces and friendly personalities. They were patient while we ordered our food and provided quick service. The restaurant was extremely clean, floors were recently mopped and tables were all wiped down. The food was fresh, delicious and well seasoned. For reference, we ordered a combination of wings, subs, fries and pretzels. Our 2 year old was licking her fingers and she is a very picky eater.

Well folks all I can tell you is that I placed an order with Charley’s and it was all wrong. I placed it on line and used Uber eats for delivery. I was over charged and half of the order was not included in the bag. It was a buy one get one free deal and both sandwiches were ordered exactly the same I was charged 5 Moore than he menu price. I called Charley’s and spoke to a very polite employee, Adam. I explained my sandwich not being in the bag and was told he had no record of order and on top of things I was
Hung up on when I called about refunding my money but mostly it’s been over an hour and no sandwich. I will not be ordering again.

They gave me a sample of their California Chicken Philly, and I was hooked. Came back the next day to grab one of those sandwiches, Large, because I’m a man and we eat LARGE subs. This thing did not disappoint. It was hot and juicy (No Diddy), and the ranch dressing complimented it perfectly. And don’t get me started with the Cajun seasoned fries! These fries are so good, they would bring Gordon Ramsay to his knees (Again, No Diddy). Overall this is the best place to get your cheesesteak fix in town. So come on down to Walmart, buy some groceries, and grab yourself a Charley’s Cheesesteak on your way out!

This place is inside Walmart. I was surprised by it. It was very good. I love cheesesteak and they let me customize my sandwich. I got the regular size and it was enormous with tons of steak. I can't imagine how big the large is. The Cajun fries were good too.

After eating here twice, today I decided to order online when going in to pick up my order, the employees stated that they were closed when their website clearly says 10. After 20 mins of the employees deliberating with their rude co-owner ( Micheal) he directed them to make the food after the employees had already cleaned up and shut everything down. I asked to speak with him and he had the most terrible customer service, as a server I know how it feels to have a manager that doesn’t appreciate nor handle situations appropriately, the co-owner tried to explain that he could do nothing to help me after me telling him that I wasn’t not leaving without a refund confirmation or a refund he hung up, I stayed here for about 45 mins waiting on the refund confirmation , this is the worst service I have ever received. I will be contacting corporate and Walmart about co-owner (Micheal).

We ordered for delivery. First time. The food was delicious and seasoned perfectly. The only complaint is the fry container needs to be vented so the fries aren't soggy. Still tasty though. Highly recommend and will order again!

The food is always cooked to order, service is fast and restaurant is always clean! I recommend spending your time to eat there before dropping $500 in Walmart on junk food.

Trash on the floor, dirty tables, no napkins. When I asked for the napkins ,never got them. Food came out pretty fast and fresh. 6/10. Now, the female cashier. No hi, how can I help you. I stood there waiting for her to say go with your order since she was multitasking. When I asked her if she was ready for me, roles her eyes. Took deep breaths and just a bad attitude overall. Even walked around the kitchen like a ufc fighter getting ready for a fight ?. I’ll stick to Wawa steak and cheese. Good luck.

Very good quality food with affordable prices! Loved my chicken california and the garlic parmesan wings, my kids is obsessed with the ultimate fries and the delicious milkshakes, will definitely come again.

We visit this place inside Walmart 17030 US Highway 441
Mt Dora, FL 32757 not only was the food finger licking good, the prices were great and the location was a nice little spot. On top of it all the Customer service was amazing… ty for making out first time Great. We found out spot for Amazing Philly sandwich and wings-Let’s not forget the dessert.

Food is very good and the staff is very well trained in customer service A+, definitely will come back!

This was my first time having Charley’s. I was lured in with the yummy free sample given to me and my 6 year old daughter. We both decided we would get a Sandwich when we were done shopping. I come back and I ordered the Philly cheesesteak and the chicken Philly. the service was great. It was fast and freshly made. And it was delicious! So good! I can’t wait to come back. Raffy was very friendly and smiley.
