i usually have no problems with this location but lately the service has just not been what it used to be. i go minimum once a week and for the last month i have been missing my sauces or straws or just something small from my order. not anything big enough to rejoin the drive thru line order but just small things that are annoying. i hope this improves soon as i don’t want to have to drive to leesburg to get chick fil a.

Let me first say I used to be the absolute biggest fan of Chick-fil-A. I think every weekend I was eating Chick-fil-A .Chick-fil-A once had some of the best quality of food and I did not mind paying the higher price versus the other competitors. I’m not sure what happened to the quality of food, but it has gone down tremendously. I visited this location on Thursday and I was so disappointed just in the quality of food. This will be my absolute last time giving Chick-fil-A any of my money. It doesn’t matter which location the quality is just poor. I just don’t know what happened. It’s sad because Chick-fil-A used to be top-notch so disappointed.
