Kaylee our server was amazing. Super sweet and tentative. The only issue we had tonight is why were waiting my husband went to the bar for a drink and the bartender wouldn't even look at him, the bar back advised him through the bartender that we couldn't have a drink while waiting which is fine is the policy has changed but she could have at least looked at my husband not talked through the barback. On top of that people were waiting outside with drinks. Since I am the one who saw people outside with drinks I decided to go to the bar and ask myself and was completed ignored when I made eye contact with the bartender. Instead she avoiding even speaking to me and just stood at the back of the bar talking to another employee. Long story short she was rude and should really think about a job change.

My wife and I went last night thinking it’s been YEARS since we’ve to Chili’s let’s go check it out but turns out it’s still just as bad as years ago. The food was bland, zero flavor like how can you mess up a hamburger or cheeseburger, my wife’s steak was literally like rubber, the two tiki beach margs we got were WAY over poured it instantly made our CHESTS HURT and before we even left i had to rush to the restroom because i was vomiting. We immediately left after that and got medicine. Also let’s mention how we spent 82$ on all of this. What a waste. Our server was AMAZING tho.

Went there recently. The server was great. The drinks were too strong and sugary didn’t taste like it was supposed to. And the food was absolutely horrible. It tasted bland no flavor. Just tasted very processed and microwaved. Like you can add some salt. I also think I got food poisoning because as I was at the restaurant, I had the urge to go to the bathroom and I was vomiting and going number two. I was so sick, I had to leave. It hit that fast. I absolutely do not recommend. And to my server, please get a different job

I have to say I am usually just ok with eating Chili’s but….. I ordered the smash burger!!! I think that may have been the best burger I have ever had. Please keep the smash burger on your menu!

Been to this location multiple times. Last two times weren’t good. Last night we went out with some friends. When we received our drinks, one of our friends wasn’t happy with the quality of the pour on his old fashioned. Tons of ice barely any liquor also no cherry. He kindly said something to the waitress. (Pink haired lady) she immediately caught an attitude that changed the entire mood of the night. She took the drink back to the bar swiftly. Then comes back saying “what do you want dude!?” So he ordered a captain and coke (easy right). Well she comes back with a glass of coke and two glasses with 1oz of rum. She says here now you know there is two full oz of liquor in your drink. 1. That is utterly ridiculous. 2.why shame the guy for asking for a different drink. 3.Why have an attitude when your bartender makes drinks like a newbie. She continued to have a raunchy attitude. We were very nice and polite the entire time. Also our friend who had his drink messed up, is one hell of a bartender so he knows how to make a proper drink. I told him he should probably apply so they can learn how to serve drinks lol. Also woke up the next morning(today) with horrible stomach aches (all of us) what coincidence huh?! One I don’t recommend the pink haired server and two I don’t recommend the bald bartender. I mean it’s chilis we should have kept our expectations low from the start anyways.

The service was top notch. The food was good. Well served and the "3 for me" is a good deal for the price.
Ordered takeout. I arrived 5 minutes early and I saw a bag get placed on the shelf. I waited the 5 minutes and walked inside. Turns out the bag was mine, but I never received a text to let me know food was ready.
Secondly, I ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders. They were so salty, I couldn’t eat but half. And I love salt.

We gave up on Chili's a year or so ago, but the $10.99 special lured us back. The food and service were excellent. I haven't had a meal this good in quite some time. Our waitress was phenomenal, and the atmosphere was good. The only issue I could see is that the booth we sat in had a torn seat, so it was uncomfortable to sit in it. Maybe it's time to upgrade the seating. Highly recommend the hamburger specials.
Decided to go out and get dinner with my 1 yr old and had Austin as my server. He was absolutely awesome! Great attitude and personality. I’m a server myself and just watched as he tended to all of his other tables and really does good with guests and all around experience. Thank you for making my night enjoyable.
