If I could give zero stars I would, I literally just left this store with no food because I purchased a bowl on the app and have three different things showing me it’s paid. The staff would not give me my food because they said their system shows unpaid. I showed them my credit card statement, my receipt, my app order showing paid they said their system glitched and I would have to pay again and then request my refund. So I would have to pay twice for the food. I told them that’s crazy and asked for a manager they said that’s them. I said that this is the stupidest thing ever and left with no food having to go get a refund, Because I paid for the food. I will never go here again. Thankfully the online support Aaron was helpful and refunding my food. But these people operate like a machine with no customer service skills.

The workers were all nice except for the short large white woman with glasses, she was very rude, gave me hardly any food in my kids meal, and then charged me for two vinaigrette which should be free.

I walked in at 8:45. I stood at the counter waiting to order. Three employees continued to have a conversation around the register and not acknowledge me. I walked out without ordering. Their conversation was obviously too important to take care of the customer.

One of the ladies employed was complaining because one of the employees was making my order 4 minutes before opening was very rude the employee that was taking my order was super nice he didn’t pay no mind to her and continued to take my order, i hope someone from this store sees this because she needs a attitude check because she wasn’t even taking my order and was rude to mi face complaining for 4 mnt.

I was craving chipotle on 12/20/2024 at 4:02 pm on the dot , nothing was stocked, every single protein looked old cold or the tin only had scraps left in it. Service was very slow as well even tho it wasn’t busy at all, I left because I don’t want to risk getting sick eating old food even tho I really wanted chipotle. Management needs to step up and be aware of what’s going on.
I wish I read the reviews before eating here. Dirty dining room, charged for a water cup and they didn’t even have water available from the fountain. The unsweetened iced tea I got in place of water was bitter and tasted old. The chicken in the rice bowl I ordered was super salty and grizzly. I had to spit out one of the four bites of food that I ate. The lettuce, guacamole, rice and beans appeared to be fresh, but the chicken and dirtiness of the tables and drink station served as warning signs to not eat any more food. $50 wasted, but that is better than risking getting food poisoning. I will not be returning to this location. The only good thing about this experience was that the person that greeted us at the start of the line was friendly and got the order right.

Went here placed order person who made food was nice. Cashier told us that they don’t have any water cups so we have to charge for a cup which it is what it is. We walked over to the drink station and all of the sodas were out of syrup and the water machine had no cap on it and said out of order. The restaurant was dirty as well we had to clean off our own spot to sit down. Food was not very good either waste of $50 with my family.

Honestly the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. They are constantly out of proteins and sides. The staff is never friendly. Went in today and they have 1 person working the entire line from start to finish. Cannot wait for the new location in Eustis to open as I will never return to this one again!
