Disappointed in food consistency and service. Servers are rude, short-tempered, impatient and unfriendly - and that is the consistent part worth 5 stars. As locals we will no longer return. Servers seem to put on their best act for tourists only.

We use to go all the time and it was good. We sat down today ordered, waited 45 minutes for our reheated food and then had to stand in line out the door to pay. The latte use to be my favorite but it was horrible. I know they precook the food and reheat it but definitely not worth waiting 45 minutes for when others walk in order and get their food in 5 minutes.

I went in for breakfast. The staff was okay. Greeted me just like every other staff would on a good morning. And then when I sat down after looking at the menu I said I wanted the asiago bagel with scrambled egg. Asked if there were jalapenos and asked for pepper, jack cheese and bacon. The egg shows up over easy or something like that, and I stated to the waitress. I want my egg. Patty scrambled. She says we don't do that. We eat it this way. We serve it this way. Mike, well, that's not what I ordered....Her body language and ways imply that I need to eat this sandwich.I stayed. I'm not going to eat this sandwich. I don't like it. Can you make it this way? Oh we don't do that here.So now I paid $5 for an apple juice out of a plastic bottle that any child could get at Walmart. And didn't get a sandwich, but three of the staff looked at me like I was a terrible person.Well not a terrible person. I came in stated what I wanted to eat and wasn't informed. Otherwise. It's all on you and I will never come back to this restaurant again or recommend it to my fellows or family. Be more attentive when you speak to your customers and clients.Very foolish and should have offered other options.

Came to try the salmon bagel. Couldn't get it, because it was 11:03 and they switched to lunch at 11.

Stopped here to get a bite in the morning and it was packed! It's definitely a popular spot. The service was friendly and my to go order of a BLT was taken quickly. Unfortunately the kitchen was very overwhelmed by the full cafe because my simple sandwich took forever. And once I got it I wasn't impressed. BLT's are simple but they can still be messed up. I think this is a cute place but it can't handle large volumes.

Had not been in awhile and had a craving for their tuna salad. Over 45 min to get a cold sandwich and a glass of strawberry basil mimosa which had neither strawberry or basil , had to ask for ? and basil as it was brought to the table in a plastic cup. Prices have gone up and we understand that. The tuna sandwich did not have the provolone cheese I ordered on it. The second time that has happened. Unfortunately we will not be coming back any time soon. Not worth the $65.00. Definitely has gone down hill.

NOT worth the wait, I've never seen an employer tell folks to go elsewhere because he was now serving lunch. Expensive croissandwich!

I usually love this place but I had a terrible experience today. My wife and I walked in and were ignored for the first few minutes. The restaurant was not very busy. We went ahead and took a seat outside after seeing the self seating sign. Our server approached a few minutes later with menus that she put on the dirty table(all the tables were dirty outside), and said she would be right back to take our drink orders and that food would take 20-30 min. That was fine with us. After sitting there for 15 minutes without her ever coming back, we just left. It felt like that was her goal given they were closing in a little over an hour. But we just planned to be in and out. So that was extremely disappointing at a spot that used to be my favorite.

Came for breakfast, due to all the reviews, but they had stopped serving so had lunch. The quiche was very good and chicken salad wrap ok. I would not come back due to service was extremely lacking basically had to go to counter and order due to our guy was preoccupied (not with other customers) which I didn’t mind but then got some attitude. Never checked on us after got food and I had to go to counter again to get my parents heater on thier coffees. Hopefully just a one time bad experience but won’t come back to find out.
