I walked into Dairy Queen expecting to leave with just a cake. What I actually walked out with was a life-altering experience in a round, Oreo-stuffed form.

This Oreo Blizzard Cake didn’t just taste good. No, no. It tasted like the angels in heaven churned it with clouds and then whispered, “YOLO” as they handed it down through the DQ freezer.

Each bite was like a rom-com montage starring my taste buds. I was giggling. I was crying. At one point, I think I blacked out from happiness. When I came to, I was hugging the cake and whispering, “You complete me.”

The fudge center? Illegal levels of joy. The crunch layer? Honestly, I considered proposing to it. I don’t know who invented this thing, but they deserve a Nobel Prize, a Grammy, and probably a parade.

Do I recommend the Oreo cake from Dairy Queen? Yes. Would I fight someone for the last slice? Also yes. Am I now emotionally dependent on frozen desserts? …Don't worry about it.

Came to the store, walked inside the building!! Was told they are only serving ice cream to door dash customers they don't want to over use their machine!! But was told if I waited for 20 minutes they would make it, 4 people were denied service for ice cream, one person was already eating in the building! WORST BUSINESS IN TOWN!!!!!!!SONIC WILL SERVE YOU AND DOOR DASH!!!!

Order online for curbside pick up while parked in the curbside pickup spot. Waited for the time for them to bring out food and they never came out. I went in to get food 8 mins after due time and stated I'd been sitting there for a total of 20 mins now. They argued that I was supposed to call when I arrived. Nowhere does it say to call on my order or on the signs, nowhere is the phone number provided on the signs. I take my order and go home, get home to realize items are missing! Dirt pie blizzard has no gummy worms in it the whole point of that blizzard and one upset kid, condiments ordered are also missing, on top of food being cold after sitting too long for no reason. We will not be back. When I called to speak to the manager it was the same one that argued with me in the store and when calling the corporate line it hangs up on you. What a waste of $30

Stopped by this place, heading home for a small daytrip, and wouldn't you know their ice cream system was down so they weren't selling ice cream. Just thought that was funny really.

I'm not sure what's going on with the kids that are working the drive thru window but they need attitude adjustments or choose a new career. My daughter didn't like the ice cream she got, she thought what she ordered was something else. We asked if she could have something different and I'd pay the difference or just keep the one we got and buy a new ice cream. The kid said ok one second, closed the window and about 5 teenagers all came up to the window staring at us in the car for quite a few minutes, some of them were trying to figure something out at the computer and I could see one little girl getting very upset waving her arms around and freaking out. The boy opened the window asked for the ice cream back I told them I'd pay for it we'd just like the other ice cream too. The girl who was freaking out at the window handed us our ice cream and mocked my daughter saying oh I don't like that and shut the window real quick. Nothing too serious but come on. It's ice cream... I paid for it , I wasn't asking for anything for free. I did not deserve that snotty attitude at all. Mind you we were the only people in the drive thru.... Not sure what the problem was there

WHAT THE HELL!! The inside was disgustingly dirty dirt on the floor, tables with crud on it, and you can clearly tell they don't wash those windows. All of the workers there just sit around and chat!! They're so slow that even when there's no one there it still takes up to 10+ minutes to serve ice-cream. WHATS EVEN WORSE, is that all of our blizzard were MELTED! AND THERE WERE HAIR FOUND IN MINE. Please clean your resturaunt and get new workers, these ones are awful!

No customer service 😕 the girls behind the counter was not acknowledging waiting at the register for awhile and it was only me and 1 other person waiting to be served and when the young girl finally came to the register with a attitude i proceeded to order a quart of the mixed ice-cream, ice-cream machine stopped halfway full and the employee that was making my order picked up a cleaning rag/ towel that was already dirty and proceeded to wipe around my cup with the dirty rag and I politely as her was the rag dirty and she said yes the rag was very nasty i asked if she could make me another an instead she gave me a whole attitude saying nothing is wrong with my order she proceeded to still be nasty about the situation and told me with a attitude i have to wait 10 more mins, so i asked for a refund a manager came to the front counter to help me to resolve my issue and offered me a free mixed ice-cream and my money back but I told her to keep the money. I told the manager what was going on with her employee and she said that she will talk with her. Only one person that works there was smiling and talking to all the customers. They have very poor customer service.

I would like to say I came in today because I was craving the cheese curds and burgers! Myself and one of my daughters. Today’s visit reminded me of why I come here! We can’t let one bad visit ruin the rest! Today the food was spot on! Wonderful food, fresh fries, burger was amazing!! Most of all the service was AMAZING! Very fast respectful people. There was also a new young man behind the counter Havnt sen him before but he was really respectful asking everyone in lobby if they needed anything and was bring their food out! He is deff a keeper at this location makes the guests feel very welcomed and happy to be there!

I have been going to this location since I was child and I stopped in the other day for dinner and I will never go back. I placed an order on their app and got my confirmation code and pick up time so headed to pick up my food. When I get there the young girl Emily informed me they didn't have my order so she asked the manager on duty (her name was something like Samar or Samir I can't remember) and the manager blew it off and said oh well and walked away. I of course was not going to take oh well for an answer so I did not leave ( we ended up being there almost 45 mins trying to figure this out) The manager called the owners who then proceeded to be no help and even made a comment about me possibly having a fake receipt on my email. So I went to my app to show that receipt as well and my phone died as I was showing the girl on my app so I went to my car to charge my phone. When I came back in my order appeared and was done. My order was there the entire time but their systems were being funky and it put my order under random letters. Then I was told their systems run behind sometimes which I understand happens but the manager should have informed us and tried to help us solve this problem instead of blowing it off and walking away. She pushed it off on Emily. This is such poor management and I did tell Emily thank you for helping and doing what your manager should have done. Emily showed more managerial experience than the actual manager.
I'm sure the food would have been great but it was so long before we got to eat it that it was cold and just ok.

Horrible experience after bragging you up for a first time blizzard. Couldn’t understand the lady at the drive through. No upside down blizzards?!?! Apparently it’s just not what they do anymore,
So our blizzard were CRAP. I will NEVER go to this location again!!!

Have had no issues on any of my visits to this location. Food, especially the burgers and blizzards, are delicious. Chicken tenders can be hit or miss, depending on how they arrive from the supplier, as some are mostly breading and minimal chicken.

Interior has plenty of seating, if not super busy, and very quiet too. Drive-thru can take a bit of time, but that could be due to customers not knowing what they want, etc...

Ordered on the app, and they had the food ready at the time requested.

Friendly staff.
