You should never start an argument with a customer. Especially if they have food service experience themselves and they know that you're doing something wrong. UpdateNo I don't think I will come back to try your brand anymore I'm good. There's plenty of other fast food restaurants around here that would provide me a better service.

The ice cream machine was broken and it wasn't the first time. The food was below average in quality and price in my opinion. Likely won't be back for "regular food"

This particular location is struggling, we ordered one small and one medium mint and chocolate chip blizzard that was all , could not seem to get it right , gave us two different blizzards all together and acted as if they had no clue what was even going on, employees just standing around doing nothing, the ones that attempted to do something just keept bumping into each other, if there was a manager there you wouldn't of known it. I'm not sure what's going on there, but some serious leadership is definitely needed. Just a very poor experience ?

The menu prices in the drive through do not match the receipt. Management has been told this many times, but they don’t change. The only gave me a partial refund after pointing it out.
Honestly never really had anything but a cheeseburger and your blizzard, which are always amazing but are kinda pricey.

My banana split blizzard was on point! My Dr's office waiting room's air conditioner wasn't working. I was hot as all get out. That blizzard cooled me right off. Great service.
