Normally the food is okay for Dominos, however this store seems to fall in the category of under average. Constant wrong food and very sparse toppings on their pizza.
This trip I ordered a Philly cheesesteak sandwich, which followed suit with the sparse toppings on their pizza. Barely any meat on my sandwich!

Was starving. Often order out and I never complain. Ordered delivery- cheesy bread, garlic bread bites and a Memphis bbq chicken pizza (which comes with chicken and onion) with extra bbq and cooked well done.
Delivery was quick- but, opened the pizza to see zero chicken and zero onion. Called store, spoke to female supervisor who asked if breads were ok- I said looks ok, but haven’t eaten it and explained they forgot the main parts of the pizza. She said they’d get a replacement pizza back out to me. Hung up- took a bite of cheesy bread to find it was raw dough inside and underneath. Called back and spoke to same supervisor. I explained the dough was raw on my cheesy bread, although the top looked fine when I opened it previously on the phone with her. I no longer wanted the cheesy bread because I had taken a bite out of the raw dough and it grossed me out so I asked her to just remove it from my order and refund me. She had to cancel my first order And re-ring up the order (2nd card charge) without the cheesy bread. Fine. 2nd driver arrives- I hand him back the raw cheesy bread and incorrect pizza. I open the new Pizza as I was commenting to him that they had forgot to put the chicken and the onion on my first pizza. Opening the second pizza, I see there is no extra barbecue sauce and it was not cooked well done and I told him that, again, it was wrong. He mentioned he would “let them know” As I told him I wouldn’t be ordering from there again. I was polite. Came inside and immediately called back to talk to the female supervisor. Explained that, again, the replacement pizza was incorrect. She suggested they could send out another Pizza and I told her no thank you and I didn’t want credit for it, because I would not be eating there again. I asked if she wanted the driver to come back and pick up this pizza, as well. She stated she had to call him and placed me on hold, then she got back on the phone and said I can just keep the pizza (which won’t be eaten). I asked for a refund. She had to cancel my order a 2nd time, then re ring up my order (3rd charge on my card) and while she was processing that, I did let her know that the driver was at least nice and polite. She giggled and said that’s our general manager, As she proceeded to cancel out my entire order for a third time and re-ring it up with only the remaining bread bites that I got and charged me the delivery fee, which cost as much as the bread bites that I wouldn’t have ordered in the first place if I thought I was going to not have a pizza.
I am completely mind blown that absolutely no care was taken when the order was remade (When the order was put back in by a supervisor) and I’m also mind blown that the general manager acted like just a delivery driver and didn’t speak up and say oh my gosh, I’m the GM, I’m so sorry all about all this- Here’s what we can do to make it right.
I will absolutely never order from here again. And I will not be eating my now $20 order of 1 thing of bread bites, because I am so disappointed and frustrated at this point that I am not even hungry anymore.
I won’t recommend this location to anyone and I never complain about food service…. This was ridiculous.

Apparently this store doesn’t honor the 7 topping (unlimited topping) deal, as we only received 2 of the ordered toppings, on 2 different pizzas. Disappointing. The Eustis location never had this issue

Had to order 20 pizzas for a birthday event. The guy behind the counter made it very easy and was very courteous. When I had to call and tell them I was a little bit late. The guy working said no worries and they took their time with the last few pizzas. So by the time I got there everything was still hot and good to go. Overall great experience. Pizzas were delicious. Everybody was satisfied. The only downside I would say is need to have more of a discounted pricing for like larger group orders.

Every single time I order from here for delivery the pizza is always hot! Like there’s some secret portal that keeps Dominos so much hotter than anywhere else I get delivered!!! Thanks y’all and thanks for reading the instructions not to knock! It makes the dog bars and then I have to yell at the dog and then he is barking and I am yelling and no one can enjoy their pizza :)

Ordered a pizza at 10:45 PM , the kid on the phone said it’ll be an hour wait . I said okay . Called back at 12:00, same kid said it’ll be another hour wait . Called back at 1 and there closed . Went to tracker on domions.com and theres no pizza or status on there . Just wasted 3 hours for nothing .

Ordered pizza during this 50% deal for the week. Man the pizza was so bad they sent me a coupon after the delivery and I didn’t even submit a complaint. Just buy Publix dough and make your own pizza or support a local place instead. These chains are just criminally bad and even with half off, it’s still not worth it!

Tonight after a long shift I came home not wanting to make anything so I order from this dominos which I always order from. It was on time maybe even faster than normal. When I brought the pizza inside and opened the box the pizza was a mess and cold with hair on every inch of it. I called this store wanting it to be fixed and remade and I was hung up on. I called back and got hung up on again when being told to hold for a manager. $30 down the drain never again this place is nasty and a dumpster fire.

Was missing a 2 liter and 1 out of 2 pizzas had the wrong toppings. The delivery driver told me the store would have credit for the items under my phone number, Called the store also they confirmed it would be under my number.
6 days later I call to order and redeem my missing items and they tell me there’s no credit, they put me on the phone with the GM and he tells me there’s nothing he can do but I can place a order anyways. Why would I order more food when I didn’t get half of the last food?? That’s kinda ridiculous that a general manager can’t handle this situation.
