Five guys food is always amazing. Of course this is hoping that the petty manager and employee that was snickering with each other didn’t do anything to my food.I think it cost like maybe $.30 to give me an extra pair of buns on the side from my wife who is pregnant and just Wanted, non-soggy buns. Instead, you guys have to give me a completely broken down sandwich because what??? comes out of your salary?You earned yourself a one star review for today, saying that how I even called corporate And they said the guy was wrong. He should’ve offered complementary.I mentioned it to the manager, and he says surprise surprise this is a franchise, not corporate. Oh, you wear the badge of low-quality with pride

Newly remodeled. Had a basic Berger and fries. Cooked perfectly with exactly the topings ordered. Service eascreasonabke quick and helpful. Staff was helpful. The place was busy and the orders moved quickly. Plenty of parking in the lot.8Parking: Lots of room.

Their online website is just about STUPID I have a $15 gift card for them. But they will not allow me to use my $15 gift card then pay the remaining balance. All it says is it doesn’t allow split payments, are you freaking kidding me??!?!? Why do you even have gift cards?!?!? I have to place two separate orders making sure the one doesn’t exceeded $15??? How stupid. Fix your stupid website man thats DUMB

Uber Eats Driver complaint, delivered the food and the customer called me asking if I forgot to give him the shake. I had to drive all the way 20 minutes back to Five Guys, then back to the customers house to bring him the shake. Bottom line, the employee did not know how to operate the shake machine. Because the kid turned around and asked the manager how to operate the machine.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.... How hard was that to ask the first time how to operate the shake machine? The ticket read one shake... Took 40 minutes of my time and gas to complete this order when the order should've been done and completed correctly the first time. ?
