I ordered a coffee off the app and when I came in, I was waiting for it. I’m waiting for it, and then the girl finally told me that the Wi-Fi was down, and they weren’t receiving orders. Well how was I supposed to know that and when I go to show her that I made the purchase in the app I had proof she said she had to call a manager and I don’t see it in my computer on my side, never coming to this Foxtel again, seven dollars down the drain

It can get a little busy and noisy but it’s a great retreat during the week!

We stopped into Foxtail Coffee a couple of days ago and had such a great experience. The barista was absolutely hilarious—at one point she was tying fishing line onto some candles and had us laughing the whole time. On top of that, the coffee was fantastic! I loved it so much I ended up coming back a couple of days later, and the barista made me a phenomenal drink: a cold brew with extra half-and-half and a splash of butterscotch in the cold cream. It was perfection. 10/10 would recommend this spot for both the coffee and the vibe!

I was informed Monday that their mobile ordering is down and they do not know when they'll have WIFI again. The mobile order went through, so just putting that out there!

Sophia was absolutely amazing! There were so many good options and I didn’t know what to choose and she really helped me out and I found my new favorite drink!! Definitely recommend!!!

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a coffee shop. From the moment I walked in, the barista Maddy made it clear she had no interest in being there, let alone providing any kind of decent service. She was curt, dismissive, and downright rude when I tried to order, as if I was inconveniencing her by simply being a customer.

Usually when I come in, the baristas Payton, Sofia, and Sara are wonderful, friendly, welcoming, and the reason I’ve kept coming back.

The atmosphere of a coffee shop is supposed to be warm and inviting, this was the opposite. Maddy’s attitude was so negative that it made the entire visit uncomfortable. It wasn’t just an off day; it was an obvious lack of professionalism and respect for customers. When you’re paying for a coffee, you shouldn’t have to deal with someone who makes you feel unwelcome and rushed.

There are plenty of other coffee shops around that actually treat people kindly and appreciate their business. I will not be returning here.

Peyton made me the best cortado I have ever had. My cafe con leche was incredible too. I bought 2 additional coffees to travel 45 minutes just so my husband could try them too. 10/10 experience.
