I like Foxtail, but this may be the last time I order from them. Whenever I have gone in-store it’s delicious, but literally every time I order over the phone or on the app there are multiple mistakes made. I recently ordered a chai latte with a shot and got a watery latte without chai at all. In the past they’ve also gotten the milk wrong, the flavor wrong, etc. and the only way to get a refund if your order before you go in is on the app which takes days. I guess it depends...
