I walked in on Black Friday 11/28/25 at 6:30pm and the lady Barista with glasses was crashing out. Instead of having a hard cut off of the customers to serve, she was passive aggressive to all the customers speaking about all the work they need to do for closing. Rather than identifying the last customer, she continued to announce that they close at 7pm. I can understand that she may have been understaffed with only herself and another barista, but there is a way to effectively communicate to customers.

Jessica was particularly attentive today. She watched where we sat and delivered drinks correctly to two different tables. Did a great chai tea latte, too. It's SUPPOSED to be a little peppery.

OMG The young man is sooo good at his craft of latte making that he created my latte as not on the menu. My cinnamon roll was loaded with scrumptious icing & heatedđ He was polite, respectful and treated my order as if his ownâŁïž And they do honor military discount...a fading savingsđ«€

Atmosphere is a 10 out of 10. Coffee is a 4 out of 10. My double shot expresso tasted like watered down milk. It was just okay wouldn't recommend for people in search of a strong rich coffee taste. My wife's ice coffee also was very week and coffee taste. However like I said atmosphere was amazing.

I was so happy when this location opened! It is so convenient to where I live but unfortunately, I've been seeing over and over they are very understaffed early in the morning when you would think they would be fully staffed. Not sure if it's an issue with people not coming in for their shift..? Waited 22 minutes just to have my order placed. It was one girl, completely overwhelmed. I felt awful for her. Aside from that, we had issues with the app double charging us a couple days in a row.

I'm not sure if the young woman behind the register was having a bad day or if she is normally this unfriendly. I came in right when they opened, which means it was early, and not everyone is a morning person. I ordered and tried to have a casual conversation. She was very brief and then appeared to run and hide in the back, not even excusing herself, which I found rude. I drank my coffee and left. Will not return.

I had the pleasure in meeting Mallory! I went in for a matcha and she made my drink absolutely perfect. I ordered a matcha with cold foam from here and it was the best I ever had. Not only did she nail it on the drink, but she was super friendly too. Really nice and sweet. Definitely coming back next time just because of how great the matcha was and how amazing she was!

Just got up and left after I sat for 5 minutes, less than 3 feet from the barista, and he said absolutely nothing to me. No, Hi! no, Iâll be with you in a minute. Just went about making supplies for future drinks without even acknowledging I was there for 5 whole minutes before I walked out. I tried to go local.

We spent $17 with a $2 tip , on two small coffees and they both came out hardly warm no exaggeration. We asked the very busy worker, the only worker in fact , if they had a microwave to heat up the coffee because we felt bad asking them to remake the coffee since there was only one person, And we got swift no, then were immediately walked away from. This is very poor management. On a Saturday morning having a single person with a line basically out the door so busy that they canât heat up the milk to temp is bad business. I would like to call and ask if we could have them remade another time since we have somewhere to be, but I fear that the only single barista will be the one to have to stop everything theyâre doing to answer the phone. Literally do not waste your time going to any other Foxtel besides the Eustis location.
