It was okay, just okay. The service was average. The items we ordered took a long time to be served, even though the restaurant wasn't busy. It was loud, with UCF football game blaring throughout the restaurant. We hadn't been there before and assumed it would be a sports-oriented restaurant. However we didn't expect it would be so loud. The food was okay. The Cuban sandwich was sliced lengthwise so the ingredients fell out. We probably won't return because it's not our type of place.

I’ve ordered the grilled chicken sandwich at least 5 times now. The first one was tender n juicy, very delicious. But they all went downhill after that. They were so way over cooked to where the outside of the chicken was way charred black. I thought I’d order something different this time I decided to order a cuban but I’m telling you, it totally sucked worse!! It was nothing like a real Cuban sandwich should be!! The cook had put the very thin thin ham n pork on the grill n charred them so black the pork was dry as heck from overcooking and the very, very thin piece of ham was totally unrecognizable it was so black. Then when he pressed it, he left it in there so long most of the cheese oozed out n browned up to become hard..TOTAL DISAPPOINTED, N I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN!!’

Waitress was good. Atmosphere of a sport restaurant was great, purposely went there because its loud and we have kids. Only thing id have to say is I ordered bone in wings, and they're tiny, and barely warm. The boneless wings also had a weird texture. The other food was good.

I ordered the mushroom Swiss burger and my husband ordered the Philly cheesesteak. Both came out hot and delicious! I am a chef and everything was cooked perfectly! Stephanie, our server was amazing! Friendly and attentive. We will definitely become regulars.

Came to watch the game. It was packed(expected) but the hostess seemed not to know what to do. We asked for a booth or to sit at the bar. She said she would see, but never got back to us. We watched another party come in and get the table we wanted to sit at. Then we ordered wings and they were sub-par. I had to flag the server down to get silverware.
The place was good and the wings tasted great just wished they would've had more sauce on the wings. Hardly any sauce were on the wings. It was our first time there, I would try again if Im ever around the area.

I have only had their bone in wings. I love the Garlic Parmesan. Wings are all that I have had at Froggers. They are good but sometimes they are significantly smaller than other days. I kept telling the server I wanted extra Garlic and Parmesan. The second time I got them back from being sent back for not having extra Garlic and Parmesan that I asked for they were swimming in a deep pool of Garlic Butter lol with still no extra Garlic. The supervisor finally came to talk to me and explained that they use Garlic Butter in addition to Garlic and Parmesan. I was told by the Supervisor to ask for extra minced garlic next time. Lol I think it's interesting that I was being corrected and learned up on correctly ordering extra Garlic on my wings (extra minced garlic). Most people understand extra Garlic refers to the ingredient garlic of which would not only in this scenario but all scenarios Garlic refers to minced garlic NOT Garlic Butter. Garlic Butter is a butter that has Garlic flavoring in it; it's not Garlic. So if a customer requests extra Garlic and minced garlic is an ingredient the customer is referring to actual Garlic not garlic flavored butter.
