Incredible Edible Cakes....Hours by appt. only

Roberta was AMAZING! At kind of the last minute, just a month or so before the wedding we ended having to find a new baker for our wedding and she was up for the challenge! We went to see Roberta at her space and she is just such a wonderful, warm person. The cake samples were so delicious. We knew it was the right choice! Roberta showed up right on time on our wedding day, delivered the cake and set it up herself, and oh my gosh was it even more gorgeous than we thought it would be. I mean, just look at the photos! We can't wait to break out our top layer of cake on our one year anniversary. Highly recommend the cannoli and chocolate flavors!!

Roberta made our wedding cake in 2020 it was stunning to look at and the taste and quality is better than any cake I have ever had. My husband and I decided not to save the top but just have a new cake made by her for our 1st anniversary and now it has become our wedding anniversary tradition 5 years now. We drive an hour just to get this because it is worth it. Roberta is so kind and talented and I can’t even say enough good things about her and her cakes. She is prompt to respond to emails with taking orders and setting up pick up times

Roberta made my daughter's birthday cake and it was incredible, as well as being a joy to work with. She was creative with the design and so kind when we spoke. She also made a smaller smash cake that my daughter was in love with. The flavors for both were amazing. The bigger cake was orange dreamsicle with whipped cream frosting and the smaller Elmo face smash cake was plain vanilla, but just as delicious and delightful. I will absolutely be placing more orders with Roberta. Thank you again!

We were so happy with our wedding cake from Incredible Edible Cakes! Roberta was lovely to work with, so accommodating and helpful. She had so many delicious flavors and fillings to choose from and they were all tasty! Of all the bakeries we looked at, hers was by far the best tasting cake and it came at a great price. We received many compliments on the cake from guests. Roberta is so talented at baking and cake design. We would recommend Incredible Edible Cakes to anyone!

Roberta was amazing and her cake is something I'll never forget. So, so good!Our wedding cake was both beautiful and yummy and we really felt taken care of by her. She took her time with us in the initial meeting to ensure we found the perfect flavors and style for our cake.We got married at Sydonie Mansion which has an extremely bumpy road. She navigated it masterfully and our cake arrived in perfect condition.Can't recommend her enough!

Best cake I've ever had. I'm a huge Publix cake fan...huge! Nothing has ever compared to their buttercream frosting..until now. Roberta's cakes are truly hands down the best I've ever had. I've ordered from multiple local bakers throughout the years. I'll never ordered a custom cake from anyone other than Roberta again. Absolutely superb!!!

Roberta made the most delicious wedding cake I have ever had! I am a picky person when it comes to Cake and icing, Her cakes were deliciously moist and the frosting perfectly buttery sweet! I shopped around because most cake places the frosting is way too sweet! Our wedding guests couldn’t rave more about our cake! She wasn’t the cheapest quote we got but the taste of those cakes are WORTH EVERY PENNY! It was gorgeous and delicious! Don’t hesitate to use her! We did her vanilla almond cake with cheesecake and strawberry filling on the main layer and it was my favorite!

My friend used Incredible Edible cakes for her wedding and WOW was it delicious!! Her wedding cake was part orange creamsicle and part strawberry. I am still thinking about it... she got married last year in October. I am just waiting for an occasion where I can order my own. It was so moist, flavorful and beautifully decorated.
