Went in on a late Tuesday evening for soft serve icecream. My favorite chocolate and vanilla was pretty good but the service was bad. The 3 young ladies had many opportunities to greet me and ask me to wait while they finished orders. I waited many moments until I was offered help. No thanks or apologies for waiting.

Customer service has declined. The employees stop to have whole conversations between orders and while serving. The girls talked about getting their nails done and going to Target while the line was almost outside the establishment.

Came to Jeremiah's and the young lady in front Mexican girl a little heavier with black curly hair was very rude and combative in front of other customers all because I asked if she could layer my ice cream!! Even the team lead sky acted like she didn't care!! Better training for this team of employees!! We come here often and never experience this!! Want be back!!!!

Love love ❤️ this place my favorite is the Oreo mud ssooooooo delicious I had to go back for more it’s not just any kind of ice cream 🍦not to mention the staff amazingly friendly and so on top of their A game they were informative especially a girl named Jendalyn she was kind and polite and funny she had a sense of humor that was Like a breath of fresh air to go to and made the kids feel so welcomed they loved their 🍨 we are definitely coming back for thirds

The dessert was so perfect It could’ve been in a commercial! But I did eat it. Laugh out loud. Jenna is the coolest as they say! This place rocks!
