Today Im back and I wanted to give Estrella a shout out for working good under pressure with rude people she does so with a smoke on her face . Keep up the good work !Also Lynn is always working with a smile on her face !!This KFC is always on point. I really want to give a shout out to the manager Chris I am a DoorDash or nothing makes our day more better than the food being prepared by the time we get there the little things like that make a world of a difference thank you Chris

Food was hot but can be a very slow experience,piece of chicken was complete bones and really gross,dude at the window looked into my window while I checked bags and just looked like he wanted my chicken to eat 🐔 😐, other then that its a KFC and they got chicken.

Long wait for someone to pick up the audio. Then couldn’t hear me. Ihad to repeat about 5 times. Wrong order. Super salty food. I do not live around the corner. Took may attempts calling before someone finally answered the phone. She knew exactly what order I placed yet told me I must come with receipt. I don’t recommend this place

The past 3 or 4 times we’ve ordered original recipe friend chicken at this location, the chicken has been greasy and soggy - the worst $70 dinner we continue to have, for just two people (includes DD fee / and tip). We’re DONE with this KFC.

The service is nice, the atmosphere is good, the food is really good. BUT one time I order some chicken nuggets. They had almost NO BREADING at all. And then I ate one of the nuggets and the chicken was weird. It felt raw and undercooked. The biscuit was good tho. I’m never going to kfc again. Go to chick fil a or Popeyes.

Fried chicken is greasy and soggy, not crispy. Worst chicken ever. This KFC is gross. Seems like KFC doesn't monitor google reviews. I see reviews about the place having soggy chicken from 4 months ago. They obviously don't care that this KFC location is giving them a bad name in the communication.

tried this location (mount dora, florida) after several months. although not entirely surprised, but much to our disappointment we again received the most aweful and disgusting chicken ever!!! it tastes and feels the chicken was "boiled" in oil. the breading/coating was soggy and oily. additionally the pick up area stinks. finally this was the last time we go to kfc. go try the fried chicken at Publix, way better and predictable quality and freshness.
Online pickup order tonight of the Nashville Hot bowl w Mac & cheese and a drink. Got to the car and no fork to eat with. Walk back inside. After leaving I discovered the chicken pieces were normal chicken, no Nashville Hot.
