They put a bunch of kiosks in & it's really hard to get a person's attention to order or get anything. Plus it seams they cater to the drive-thru opposed to the dining room.

Used grease .The Colonel would turn over in his grave . Worse Chicken I've ever smelled or seen.. The Owners of KFC need to pick up there End and be responsible for their investments . May I suggest , Go and visit your store . Take or send in your neighbors or friends . Too Embrassed ??? It wasn't busy and I'm Grateful I looked my order over & walked out . Because nextdoor to KFC Is Marilyn Fried Chicken and it's BUSY . Best Darn Chicken I've had . They offer more and the best side dishes . People were ordering and telling me how many yrs they've been going to Marilyn Fried Chicken . Shame on you KFC OWNERS . The Company is trying to bail you out . Today Im back and I wanted to give Estrella a shout out for working good under pressure with rude people she does so with a smoke on her face . Keep up the good work !Also Lynn is always working with a smile on her face !!This KFC is always on point. I really want to give a shout out to the manager Chris I am a DoorDash or nothing makes our day more better than the food being prepared by the time we get there the little things like that make a world of a difference thank you Chris

Food was hot but can be a very slow experience,piece of chicken was complete bones and really gross,dude at the window looked into my window while I checked bags and just looked like he wanted my chicken to eat 🐔 😐, other then that its a KFC and they got chicken.

Long wait for someone to pick up the audio. Then couldn’t hear me. Ihad to repeat about 5 times. Wrong order. Super salty food. I do not live around the corner. Took may attempts calling before someone finally answered the phone. She knew exactly what order I placed yet told me I must come with receipt. I don’t recommend this place
