Fried chicken is greasy and soggy, not crispy. Worst chicken ever. This KFC is gross. Seems like KFC doesn't monitor google reviews. I see reviews about the place having soggy chicken from 4 months ago. They obviously don't care that this KFC location is giving them a bad name in the communication.

tried this location (mount dora, florida) after several months. although not entirely surprised, but much to our disappointment we again received the most aweful and disgusting chicken ever!!! it tastes and feels the chicken was "boiled" in oil. the breading/coating was soggy and oily. additionally the pick up area stinks. finally this was the last time we go to kfc. go try the fried chicken at Publix, way better and predictable quality and freshness.

Online pickup order tonight of the Nashville Hot bowl w Mac & cheese and a drink. Got to the car and no fork to eat with. Walk back inside. After leaving I discovered the chicken pieces were normal chicken, no Nashville Hot.

This KFC seems to be more reliable with my orders than some of the others I visit.
Went to mount Dora KFC, no signs that they were closed, people inside, door's locked, lines of cars, no response at the order mic, , this is the third time I have had a major bad experience, love there original recipe, no longer will go to any of them, and will tell everyone and everything, and everybody everywhere you have hit rock bottom, you have lost a great customer, that is info from 3 different locations I have gone to with the same results, I gave more than 2 chance's, angry, and disgruntled, but most of all disappointed that such a great recipe will no longer have followers ?

Went to this location in Mount Dora and ordered a 16 piece family meal with 4 sides. Got home was missing 1 side and had a side of Coleslaw that I didn't order. So I call and they tell me to come back up there so I drive back 20min. And go inside for them to fix my order. The Manager was rude and inconsiderate did not care at all. Well got back home to find I was still missing a side. And the food was cold. Terrible customer service and food.

I ordered a 16 piece chicken bucket. They were very quick in handing the food over. It took less than 5 minutes from the time I ordered to the time I got the food. I got home and realized as my family was eating that I only received 12 pieces of chicken. They put 4 legs at the bottom and then pulled the rest with chicken breast. I do not care how big the pieces are or what part of the chicken I get, I care more about the fact that I payed 32.52 for a 16 piece and only received 12. I am very disappointed in this. Tried calling back and they wouldn't answer the phone.

I can't tell you how many times we get home and order was all wrong. Today I decided to actually walk in the order. 20 miles home to find I got nothing, I mean nothing I ordered. We got pieces of crap we could not tell between a thigh and breast. All soggy, but again I received no chicken I ordered that my family wanted. The price you pay fo r this, should be right. I called and complained, the girl said you don't have to be rude. Oh yes I finally can. I don't believe whom ever got my order ready could not read, sorry. What does it take to get someone's order right. This has to be the worst KFC in lake county. If you are the owner you need to shape up your staff, or do you care at all as long as you get paid. No more, tired of incompetence. Many feel the same way, some have stopped ordering from your store.
