Went in bc someone said it was a good place for bubble tea. The floor was dirty and the furniture is very worn down but we decided to give it a try anyway. Our iced milk teas came out and they had no ice in them. Just a tepid drink. Not very refreshing for a hot day in mt Dora!
Never come to this place 10 minutes before close, they have already closed the store. Employees sitting on the counter… and proceed to say were not making anything we have already thrown everything out.
Correct me if i am wrong but you are to serve and take orders up until close time.
At this point change your store hours, and if your going to hire teenagers be sure there is an adult to supervise.
High quality tea/snack/boba spot with cozy seating & makes a great addition to the small town's shoppes. Will return when we're back in town!
Not just tea shop! Plenty of juices were available and It had pretty decent array of Asian themed sweets! Definitely worth the stop for a nice treat.
Bad, bad, bad…😕 berry disappointed. I order a Strawberry Passion fruit tea. And they didn’t add the extra fruits I orden, they just put 4 pieces of strawberries when I paid extra for mix fresh fruits and not even that! They couldn’t add ice! So my tea was very sweet and didn’t even taste good. First time and last time. And the laddies event care. I give a Tip! And they couldn’t give me at least ice. 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️
Super cute came here for first time this weekend. Boba was delicious.
Donuts were delicious.
Service was fast and friendly.
We would for sure come here again. The snacks were reasonably priced too.
We would come back here for sure
This place is terrible. How is your main item and purpose of your business boba tea and somehow you’re always out of regular boba??? I have been here a few times and EVERY time they are out. Makes absolutely no sense and is very frustrating. It’s a Sunday in the early afternoon, not like it’s 10 minutes before closing. I don’t want fruity boba with a creme brûlée milk drink. Not to mention if you just say “ok no boba” they charge you full price for the drink still, why am I being punished for your lack of product? Staff are also socially awkward and not welcoming at all. Chairs and floor are filthy. Never coming back, and I do not recommend coming to this place at all.
Our tea was good and this place was cute, would go again!
Third time's a charm. Last three times visiting here the staff is less than welcoming. ( Everytime we come the staff is different) Not sure if their demeanor is a reflection of management, but they seem to not enjoy working there. As customers, we can't ask questions without feeling as we are a bother based on their lack of proper customer service skils. But the worst part is how their lack of desire to be there is reflecting onto the drinks. The boba teas are rushed and not made anymore with the same love. They taste mediocre and for the price we expect something much better. As a mom with four children, my husband and myself like to treat them to some yummy boba tea when we are in town. It's a fun little tradition we do but we will have to take our business elsewhere going forward. It's sad.
Good selection and the kiddos enjoyed.

Went to magic tea last Friday and my daughter ordered a mango tea with mango poppings(she’s 11) . I don’t know much about boba she ordered. Paid for her drink and when it came out it was the mango milk tea. I told the cashier that’s not what she ordered she wants a mango tea. So because the mango tea doesn’t come in medium which she asked for and only comes in large instead of the cashier sharing that knowledge with us she assumed and gave her milk tea because she wanted a medium drink. So now another young lady I’m assuming that was in charge came to the counter and told me they can give me they don’t return drinks I’ll have to place another order and they can give me 20% off the second drink. I replied NO I want my correct drink because she (my daughter) stayed correctly what she wanted. A mango tea and it was for you to let her know it only comes in large not a medium that she asked for. Not assume it’s a mango milk tea because of the size. We went back and forth and they were very firm not making her drink over unless I pay again. So I proceeded to let them know it’s fine I will dispute the charge with my bank because I didn’t even touch this since they sat it on the counter. So now at this point the refund was giving that they couldn’t give for remaking drinks. And I do understand there is policies but in this situation. My daughter ordered correctly and you as the customer service /cashier worker should have just let her know hey this only comes in one size not assume a whole other drink because she ask for a specific size. It’s call communication and that’s what you do when your working with people.

Got the 700 ml. Large Signature Milk Tea and then added on cheese foam topping. It was decent however I was not satisfied with the service. They do false advertising. Their menu says $4.75 and their website says $4.75 for the large size. I asked them why it was a $6 charge for just the milk tea when it didn’t even have boba and they said the booklet menu just had a typo, which happens so I get it but why does the website also has a different price? The girl there asks me if I got boba and I said no and she said if I want a cheaper price then get a medium, which was so dismissive of my concerns. Can you believe the audacity she had to tell me that get a medium if I want cheaper price like what??? When I was talking about it to my friend, the servers there were rolling their eyes as if IM THE ONE WHO DID WRONG Just by ASKING A QUESTION. It wasn't even about the price being high. It was simply a clarification question.
I'm not going there anymore. I would much rather drive to Orlando to get milk tea for much better price and service or heck go to "can't top this" in Eustis for tea which has better service.
EDIT: I decided to go there a 2nd time to give them another chance. Thank you to the owner for offering a free drink (the owner is the only nice one), however I was still not satisfied with the service. The manager there INTERROGATED me in front of everyone for writing my review. people write reviews to share their VALID experience. I went there in the hopes to turn a negative experience into a positive one but instead it was turned into a more negative one. The employees were just immature and rude. I’ve been to so many boba tea places and never have I experienced rude people as much as this one.
are you implying a customer is lying by saying “false narrative”? I posted pictures and have a witness so not sure how it’s all false?
