If you put in a order it takes forever I arrived right after I put in my order they said they it was getting made 20 minutes later and they hand me a bag that's been sitting on the side said they called my name and never did and food was cold

My father tried to order through the phone but apparently you can’t if you call the number but he has short term memory loss and they where very impatient and bad service with and when my mother tried to call up there they treated us like a prank call.

I waited about 15 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries after placing the order. The lady comes up and sets the bag down like it's a pile of, not food. I tried to get her attention to ask for some sauce and she did her best to avoid eye contact with me as I go "Excuse me, excuse me ma'am". It was a to go order they didn't even give me some napkins.

On two occasions the orders were incomplete and on other occasions the potatoes were not ordered, the potatoes were always cold and plain, the manager at the time when he took the orders took them wrong.

I don't normally go to this location but I was in the area and decided to stop and get food for my children and myself. Worst decision ever. I ordered the kids happy meals and myself the new Angel Reese Special. The happy meals were fine but, my special just came with the sandwich. I asked the young lady for my fries and drink. She was so confused. I said to her I asked for the Angel Reese Special and she had no idea what that was. Please keep in mind it's posted alllll over MxDonalds. On the menu, on the bags and cups and she still had no idea what I was talking about even after showing it to her. I asked for a refund and left. If your going to be an employee at a fast food establishment at least learn the menu. Do Better McDonald's.

I don't usually leave bad reviews, but today I had very bad service at this place. I ordered my food through the app and the girl who delivered it to me was very rude. I told her that I was missing the drink and she turned her back on me and left. I think they should take a better look at the people they hire.

McDonald's is McDonald's...what can I say, I love the fries...always have! The service was kind of unexpressive though.
I go here a lot and I haven’t had one bad experience. They might get orders wrong sometimes but it’s rare. I like the atmosphere and how the place looks on the inside and outside. The drive through is good. And the area it is in is also good

Appalling experience! Had I not been with my young grandchildren I would’ve left. Your franchise owner and management team really need to come together for the incompetency I witnessed and experienced last night. Received one Happy Meal no drinks no toys included. Served cold filet and recycled burgers and your dining area was filled with nasty foul humans loitering

The restaurant was busy really looked understaffed if it wasn't for the shift leaders it would have been disastrous lots of confusion but finally worked out thanks to the crew leader we got our drinks but the food was not good 😐

I been going to this McDonalds for years. Used to be good but now its ran horribly. Every time i go here they miss something or get something wrong.
I ordered chicken nuggets... They gave me the fish sandwich.. When i went in and told them the problem i was completely ignored... I'm also allergic to fish so i cant eat the sandwich.. There goes my money and the chicken nuggets i wanted.
