So last 2 times I've used mobile order and waited over 20 minutes each time tonight I use mobile order and instead of using drive thru I walk in tell the "manager" my code and low and behold my order got canceled be a mystery woman named Sharon and the manager does absolutely NOTHING not even ask to take my order!! That's 3 strikes so you can take your rewards and eat them because I WILL NEVER EVER EAT AT A MCDONALD'S EVER AGAIN!!

This morning at McDonald's started off on the wrong foot, but thanks to the heroics of an employee named Joe, it turned into a memorable experience. Visiting the chain on April 17th at around 8:30 AM, I faced a frustrating issue with the restaurant's app. A promo code I tried to use malfunctioned, erroneously claiming my points while rendering the code invalid.Joe, the front counter hero of the day. Without any obligation to step in, he noticed my growing frustration and decided to intervene. Despite his efforts, the technical glitch remained unresolved, but Joe's willingness to assist made all the difference. His approach to customer service wasn't just about solving problems—it was about ensuring that I, as a customer, felt heard and valued. He chose to help!I left McDonald's with food and with a renewed appreciation for the kindness of strangers. Joe’s act of kindness profoundly impacted my morning, turning what could have been a day marred by a small annoyance into a reminder of how compassionate and thoughtful people can be.Thank you, Joe, for your exceptional service and for truly making a difference!

I was on call, and had just finished and had about a 30 minute drive home. I was very thirsty so I stopped at this McDonalds, just wanting to order a drink. When I pulled up to order, I was told “we’re only taking Uber Eats and DoorDash orders”. This was at about 3:15am, and this store states they’re open 24 hours. How can you be open 24hrs if I’m not able to drive thru and place a simple order? But I could order through Uber Eats and have it delivered to me?? Make it make sense. I’m in this area a lot for work, at all times of the day. And I will not be stopping by this location again.
