I’ve been a regular customer for years and visited three weeks ago for a coffee. I never got my coffee because the wait was over 20 minutes and I could not wait any longer. Ordered it through the app and should’ve beeb ready. I did state that I’m waiting on my latte. There were many other frustrated people waiting for their meals.I never got my money back either b/c the company expects me to receive a call from the store manager. Their manager is bad enough to let this all happen, so how does that work? Also, I saw bunch of French fries on the floor in the kitchen and it was never picked up. How did it from years of excellent service to this? I will never trust this store again. Especially cause Mcdonald's coffee is expensive, considering their quality. There are many better breweries and even Wawa is superior.

I live in Stoneybrook therefore I’m a repeat customer sadly. However, you can count 100 percent of the time your breakfast will be cold or wrong.
It seams like they cook the meat early to beat the rush but fail on quality. Stop at 630am food should be hot, but no cold and always wrong. Store needs new training, so much change since it first opened then later sold. What a shame

Drive a little down the road and go to another McDonald's. If you're going through the drive thru, even with NO ONE in line behind you, they'll put you in a spot for you to watch them bring out the wrong food to you 3 times, then walk back in and hand the wrong bag they brought you to a person waiting in the lobby. When they do bring out a bag with the right order on the receipt, it'll be made wrong anyway.

I had my worst experience at this McDonald’s I’ve ever had and I have three children so trust me I’ve been to a lot of McDonald’s. This location today it took them over an hour to get my order, right. I had to go back three times due to them getting the order wrong each Time. the first time they’ve had they failed to give me some of the food. Make sure you’re sure you check your order at this location. I asked for some sort of credit or a refund and they said they could give me a couple of apple pies. No thank you to your apple pies. Gas cost money. My kids were sitting at home with their fries and their drinks and no burgers, and all the burgers were supposed to be cheese and ketchup only. the second time I came to the restaurant they said they made the burgers I drove off and I could’ve sworn I smelled onions. They got the burgers wrong again so I had to turn around go back to the restaurant and get another couple of burgers that were right I made sure I checked them. Finally after I went back 3 times they finally got it right. They offered nothing to make the situation right. A Couple of apple pies to make it right no thanks, how about a gas card? Just look at their reviews and make sure you check your order and make sure they give you all your order! The whole thing took over an entire hour for the McDonalds to get it right.

Every single time I come here they give me the wrong drink. I have ordered Diet Coke several times and every single time, without fail, I get handed a regular coke. Definitely need to work on paying attention to the order. Not very satisfied.

I just wish one time i got the order that was on the screen and I wanted. Also a straw, napkins and a receipt would be nice. Over the last few days I've ordered the same thing (double quarter pounder with no pickles, onions and big mac sauce) i always get the same thing a single quarter pounder with everything. I'm about to give up and go to Wendy's.

Never again will this store receive my money. I placed an order using the online app. I arrived and went through the drive-through and was told to park in stall #2. I couldn't because someone else who hadn't received their food was parked there. I went inside and waited 50 minutes for my order which I had to tell them what it was numerous times. They tried handing me food that they had already walked outside to the incorrect vehicle. Completely unorganized, unprofessional, and unacceptable.

I haven't been to this McDonalds in a year or so. It has really gone down. Soda stations were dirty and liquids everywhere. Many of the seats were worn. Tables and chairs not thoroughly cleaned. It wasn't very busy so I didn't see any excuse for the place not being clean. Not at all reflective of the location. I hope it was just a fluke and not standard operating procedure.

Went through drive through and ordered Big Breakfast with Hotcakes, only to arrive home and notice there was no syrup or butter for pancakes. Called and spoke with supposed “manager”, May, and was told they were short staffed. Check your orders before pulling away. This location doesn’t give a SH.
