Woefully incompetent staff. Manager is useless and rude, doesn't understand simple concepts. Ordered 2 iced coffees identical other than flavor both large and got 2 different cups. Manager told me the chocolate drink got rang up as a McCafe item and that was the right size. Told her that wasn't what I ordered and I got a blank stare and rude look. Didn't want to listen or couldn't grasp what I tried to explain to her, not sure which but either way definitely not capable of doing her job.Edit#1 I just got home and realized now my sandwich is completely wrong. Absolute waste of time and money.Edit #2 offending ice coffee tastes like there is cleaner or degreaser or some kind of chemical in cup.

Beware of this location. I was just called a liar because I complained about my pick up order being awfully made. I ordered the expensive steak, egg, and cheese bagel meal which I have ordered many, many times before. It had CRUNCHY top and bottom bagel buns(which the manager said that's normal to be hard, just toasted.), steak that was seasoned to death(inedibly so), egg that had over cooked brown marks, and the whole sandwich was completely lopsided in the wrapper. No apology and accused me of being wrong. She said, "I recognize your order so I made sure to feel that the buns were not hard"(I've complained about this very issue before). Just to add a cherry on top, the manager has my food remade with no toasting of the buns at all and bland under seasoned meat. I just wanted the meal the way it's supposed to be made. This location is always dirty(check out the soda fountain area next time you go in, especially at night). I've picked up from this location when I was driving for Uber eats and doordash alot, probably 30-40 times. Always dirty, usually slow. For a manager to imply that a customer is a liar should never happen, bottom line. In case any real management reads this and cares about the awful management you have employed there, I didn't get her name, but she is a black women, a little older, and was working on 2/19/24 7:30am. I won't ever order from here again. Just a waste of money.
