The Mellow Mushroom in Mount Dora looks fantastic after the remodel, way more inviting and definitely worth the trip now. The Mighty Meat pizza is still my #1, but the Great White is climbing the ranks fast. The peach tea is a solid, refreshing drink. And if you haven’t tried their burgers, you’re missing out... Mel’s Classic, the Ritz, and even the Meatball Hoagie are all top-tier. Great food, chill vibe, and solid service every time.
We go here every time we are in town. My grandmother seems to like it and the kids expect it. Parking is good, the pizza is good, service has been good. Overall the place is good. Something I have noticed when traveling is that each Mellow Mushroom location is different. This one reminds me of a sports bar. Unlike the other two I go to, which have no TV's and don't play sports and trivia. Still, good staff, good food.

The gluten free pizza leaves a lot of room for improvement. Crust has no flavor and wet. Too much cheese and overall just tasteless. Better to not serve a gluten free pizza at all.

I liked the pizza so much; it was so good, the environment was great, and the service was friendly. Perfect to go and stay for a bite of good pizza.

Asked for gluten free pizza. 2 different times the same waitress took care us both times. When pizza arrived it was regular crust. I than had to wait fir another pizza and it came out soggy.

Best dining experience in Mt Dora! Excellent service and food was amazing. The pretzel bites and holy shiitake pie were fabulous. The lavendar lemonade was the perfect touch to top off this evening. It is quite warm for inside dining, however they said the AC was working fine, just a large room to cover. Def recommend
