I placed an order for 3 pizzas on 3/30/24. I specially requested no onions on 2 of them. The bartender even repeated it back to me- paid 95.34$ total for all my food. Upon arriving home, BOTH pizzas had onions . Round trip from my house back was over an hour and when I called they were closing. No one has gotten back to me to address the issue. Super disappointing and a huge waste of money. I will not be back to this location.

I vowed I’d never come back after the first ownership when we witnessed a finger of a glove in a calzone. Second ownership and we swore the place off due to poor service, two + hour wait times for our order, and mentally unstable bartender/management.Today was the final straw for yet the third ownership. I called to order a pizza and unbeknowst to me their hours have changed. I received the most sarcastic, rude “Ummmmmm, we are closed, ya, ok, byeeereeeeee, click” from your lovely employee Ashley. We frequented the restaurant on average 1-2 times weekly and spent $50-$75 each visit. I’m guessing you may not think that is a significant amount but from the level of business we observed since the opening of Miller’s Ale House and Longhorn you would think you would try to do better. Revolving staff again and inconsistent product. Looks like I’ll be eating homemade pizza again. ✌?

Me and my husband came to the Mellow Mushroom in Mount Dora for a date night. We were excited to come to this restaurant, but were very disappointed with our experience. When we walked in no one greeted us for nearly 10 min. After ordering our food it took 45 min for us to get it. Once we got the pizza it was lukewarm, chewy, and extremely greasy. Also, during our time at the restaurant our drinks were never refilled, and our waitress never checked in on our table, not even once. We received no apology for the wait of our food and after we finished eating we had to wait again for a while to get the check. During this time we noticed the host sitting down and watching tv (in the back bar away from the front), which explains the long wait at the entrance. This is very unfortunate and due to the lack of hospitality and poor food quality we will not be returning.

The pizza we ordered was so good and the staff was super friendly even though our waitress doubled as the bartender since we were seated in the bar area. She was awesome! The manager had to come over since the cook misread our pizza order and treated us with cocktails. It was one pie that was halved with different menu specials... but no worries, we were fine. It was all so delicious. We really enjoyed our first time in Mt. Dora.

I ordered the Cream of Mushroom soup and it was amazing! Would definitely order again. It was loaded with mushrooms! I also ordered the Spinach and Artichoke dip. Not as tasteful as I thought it would be also very thick. I couldn’t dip the bread because it was too thick. The taste was very bland and plain. The customer service was very good at this location. The seating was very nice’ the booths are very comfortable and spacious! If I come back to this part of Florida again, I will visit!Parking: The parking lot is big and clean! There were no issues with parking

Nice place. It appeared to be remodeled. However, there is no noise absorption so it's very loud. The hostes greated us after a minute of waiting but didn't seat us, I assume the manager did a minute later. Several minutes after being seated, our waitress showed up. She brought our beverages and excused herself. She went to take care of other people, who came in after us. She finally returned to take our order. The manager delivered our food and refilled our drinks. The food was good but not hot as it should have been. The manager finished taking care of us. She deliver our bill and apologized.
