Ordered online through their app. When I pulled up the sign said to follow the link to let them know I’m here, the app nor the confirmation email had a place to let them know. They didn’t have one of my drinks so they said they’d put it back on my card, they didn’t. Ordered the zingers Mac and cheese with a side salad and got food poisoning off of it.

Hello, I wanted to share feedback about my visit to the Miller’s Ale House in Mt. Dora on 11/13 around 8:15 PM. My sisters and I came in for dinner, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered the prime rib, and it was served cold. I asked for it to be warmed up, but when it came back, it was still only lukewarm. The texture was rubbery, the seasoning seemed off, and after only four or five bites, I stopped eating because it just didn’t taste right. Once I got home, I ended up feeling sick, which was very concerning.
I want to mention that our server did a great job and provided excellent service. Usually, the food at Miller’s Ale House is really good, so this was unexpected and disappointing. I feel like a different option should have been offered.
I’m sharing this feedback in hopes it can help improve future guest experiences. Thank you for your time.

I love the franchise and love the atmosphere at every location. This one stands out. Management ensures to check on guests regularly. Service is always seamless, food come out hot and fast. The menu also surprises me with its options. It's far more than just burgers and fries.

The young lady, who I believe was the manager on duty was awesome!! Sorry I forgot her name. Our server Gabi was also outstanding. Had a great visit. Been a while since we've been to one, the prices were noticably higher so that's the only downside.

Kind of cold in there since it's so big with dozens of TVs for game watching but groups and couples seem to stay to themselves... appetizers are mostly fried things with the exception of nachos loaded. Was good. Menu is expensive (over $20 for anything). Many on tap beers to choose. Bartenders attentive and efficient.

Food was great , Our waiter was great Was very friendly, The reason I give this a 3 star is because there was a ROACH on the wall by my table. I know it’s a restaurant there’s food and bugs are attracted to food, but I really think they should take it seriously when it comes to these things because it’s extremely disgusting especially around food. Won’t eat here again.

Huge, wide-ranging menu. Something for everyone. Our wings were superb. The waitress was awesome, she quickly responded to all our many requests.
If I could give zero stars I would. We came out to have drinks and a lite meal for our Anniversary. We ordered 6 wing and loaded fries that took 40 minutes of waiting. The wings were cold. The waitress was unattractive , she either doesn’t know how to scan the bar and suggests drinks. My Husband had to call her multiple times to order drinks.. Thus far, she is in the- and definitely I told my Husband not to tip her… Little does she know he is an Excellent tipping person. I would say the Ale House in Mt Dora was horrible

My last visit saw the catsup (generic) as the tastiest thing on my plate. Come for the dozens of TV's and craft beers, flee due to the disgusting deep fried entrees.
