We visted the location in Mount Dora on Friday March 13th and was very disappointed in service and food. Food took long time to come out, a couple of the dishes were cold, the steak was undercooked and shrimp was mushy.

I come to Miller’s with my wife and two kids sometimes 3 weekends a month for chicken wings. The wings are always on point and the staff is too. The staff that greets you at the door are very friendly and remember us and seat us at “our table” unless it’s taken of course. And finally the wait staff, we have had several great experiences and today we had Josh. Josh has taken care of us before and comes right up to us like an old friend. Knows our order and gives VIP service. Shout out to Josh for making our family outing today memorable.

We went the the Eustis location. I got the baby back ribs and mashed potatoes, husband got the bacon burger and fries. We had mozzarella sticks for appetizer. Food was absolutely incredible. Very clean. The atmosphere was friendly. Our waitress Ashley was wonderful and pleasant. Josh the manager on duty, was incredibly nice as well. We will definitely be bringing the kids here. Oh, and the bill was nice. Turns out my ribs were half price, they have deals of the day! 10/10 experience!

We went to Millers when they opened and it was just ok , food not great service slow but we chalked it up to its new and they needed time. We went again months later and again the same . So today we said let’s try again one more time maybe they had bad days we all do. The salad was good I must say but oh my gosh the service was soooo slow!! It was so frustrating to sit and wait 20 minutes before anyone even took Our drink order. And finally when we got our drinks it was another 30 minutes before our food order was taken . So sorry three strikes your out!!

Today's trip was the second time that I have gone to the alehouse in mtdora fl. and received very poor zingers. In addition They have reduced the size and increased the price. The zingers we received were tough as shoe leather, and the French fries were completely soggy. This is the 2nd time I've received the order in the same condition. I would not recommend this restaurant. for some reason they cannot cook chicken strips. Other ale houses in the area get it perfect. This alehouse struggles..
