I love the franchise and love the atmosphere at every location. This one stands out. Management ensures to check on guests regularly. Service is always seamless, food come out hot and fast. The menu also surprises me with its options. It's far more than just burgers and fries.
The young lady, who I believe was the manager on duty was awesome!! Sorry I forgot her name. Our server Gabi was also outstanding. Had a great visit. Been a while since we've been to one, the prices were noticably higher so that's the only downside.

I wanted to share feedback about my visit to the Miller’s Ale House in Mt. Dora on 11/13 around 8:15 PM. My sisters and I came in for dinner, and unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my meal. I ordered the prime rib, and it was served cold. I asked for it to be warmed up, but when it came back, it was still only lukewarm. The texture was rubbery, the seasoning seemed off, and after only four or five bites, I stopped eating because it just didn’t taste...
