This place is hands down best ice cream shop I’ve ever been to. Highly recommend. There truffles are to die for.

The atmosphere of this place is incredibly charming, with a welcoming vibe and unique decorations that add to the experience. The ice cream was decent, though not as smooth as others, but still tasty and reasonably priced. However, the topping selection was limited—just sprinkles, I believe.
The standout for me was the macarons. I tried vanilla, caramel, and pistachio, and they were delicious—perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. While the ice cream could slightly improve, the macarons are worth returning for!

Shame on the management who scheduled ONE person to work on NYD. The young girl behind the counter had a line out the door non stop and could barely come up for air. She handled herself very professionally, was still kind and was keeping calm. This place is lucky to have her because 99% of people would have walked out or just locked the door. Also, not being able to add a tip on the machine is bogus… most people don’t carry cash and employees are loosing out on well deserved tip. Please reevaluate everything about your business model and get this girl a holiday pay bonus. Also stupid expensive.

Cute shop, but we spent almost 23 dollars on 3 very small scoops of ice cream. I got gelato and it was not very good and it was icy. Gelato is supposed to be smooth and creamy.

Unfortunately, during our visit, one of the servers licked the ice cream cup right in front of us, to our disbelief. This was shocking and unacceptable. When confronted he just offered to serve a new one. If you come here, just make sure you’re watching the personnel as they serve your ice cream and make your coffee.

Unfortunate experience today with my son today at this establishment. He chose some items, I was well aware that the prices here were high as I have purchased here several times in the past. When we went to the register I asked to please let me know the cost. I asked this because I knew it was by weight. I also handed the clerk my card at the same time. Next thing I know she hands me my card and mumbles some price I can't understand. I said how much and she said 51.85, I politely said no thank you. She then says well I already charged the card so she said she would need to do a refund and put some back. I said that would be fine. She was at the machine for a long time then came back and said the manager said she could not do that. One she never told me the price as I asked before charging me, she then said she could refund it back and we could adjust the amount being purchased. That also did not happen. As a result ai had to call my bank while on the premise and dispute this unlawful charge before telling me a price and my accepting the price. I had planned to make a more reasonable purchase. Instead, I had to dispute a charge, left with no product or merchandise and son upset. I have frequented and spent hundreds of dollars here. No more, the manager lost a customer. My story will be heard as a business should do what is right, and what they say.
