This place was horrible all though there hot chocolate was good the lady there was super rude and kicked us out because they were about to close but I had already paid for my drink and she the girls there Accused me and the people that were with me of stealing and not paying so she kicked us out cause they were cleaning but I had already paid and most of my party paid aswell over all the place is very bad and the girls that were working there were very rude terrible experience and a waste of my time!!!

I don’t know why they have two different names on google but there’s no way we’re coming back. Our fault for not realizing $15 for 2 small cups. Staff is friendly but that’s the only positive. Sorry but no wonder they’re always empty.

We went in to browse the candy and noted there wasn't much selection for a candy shop. Our son was excited so we decided we'd get a few chocolates. 7 pieces of chocolate cost over $20. The quality was ok, not bad. But for this price its very disappointing.

I recently visited this establishment on vacation after coming from Washington, D.C. They have multiple selections of ice cream, gelato, and coffee. The staff is also polite and professional. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Mount Dora.

The shop itself is a good size with a nice selection of treats, and while the staff is somewhat friendly, the overall experience could be a bit more welcoming. The ice cream is tasty, but the prices are definitely on the premium side. If you’re in the area and craving something sweet, it’s worth checking out—just be prepared to pay a bit more for your treat.
