It's an ok ice cream shop overall, will say it's overpriced! Went once by myself for a mint chocolate shake when they had recently opened and found it crazy $10 for a shake, then took our daughter for a scoop and were pushed for their $8, I ask if they had anything smaller, I was ask if with had a kids with us, answer was no, so had to stick with the overprice cup. Doesn't matter how much they might try to justify the price, it's overpriced and the service is average.

Omg... So good, better than Haagen Dazs ice cream, and I am a huge fan of HD, but honestly, this place simply makes better, more creative ice cream.

it was good ice cream, I think that the two older ladies could be a little friendlier though. didn’t really feel very welcoming and they were kind of cold. Just like their ice cream. I wanted a small ice cream and The nice lady that was making our ice cream cup said that it comes with a standard two scoops. So we asked if we could just split up the scoops so that my husband can have one of them and I was told that they were gonna charge me a dollar for a cup. Then when we paid, we felt forced to give a tip. That’s just our experience.

If you love ice cream, you have to try Mystic Ice Cream in Mount Dora. My daughter and I stumbled upon this gem while listening to the bagpipes at Mount Dora's monthly Plaid in the Park. The chocolate peanut butter swirl was very good. Smooth and creamy, not overly sweet with a rich chocolate flavor and generous swirls of peanut butter adding just a touch of saltiness. Delicious!
