Terrible customer service, lately the portions are small, and the employees, especially Cassandra, have a bad attitude. I've visited other Panda Express locations, and the only one where they serve you and greet you with a frown is the one in Mt. Dora.

Went there Sunday, December 7. I drove here specifically because they have a drive-through. As I pull up to the drive-through, the girl rudely tells me that the drive-through is closed so I politely ask is there anyway you could take my order at the window because my daughter is napping she said no you have to come inside. I have no register at the window. It would only take a couple steps for them to take my order and just have really good customer service instead of choosing you know for every answer I will never return to this location.

I went through the drive through today. It took over 10 minutes for me to even get to the ordering point (there was only one car infront of me). By then I had to wait another 4 minutes for them to take my order. So I pull up and wait a long time for the to give me my food. (By this point I’ve been here for twenty minutes) and they hand me my box, I get out of the line, and when I open it… they got my order completely wrong. Do not recommend.

I went through the drive through and ordered the big plate, 3 entrees and one side. Two entrees of orange chicken, one of steak and a side of Chow mein. The amount seemed to be proportionate to what they serve in the regular plate, but they store it in a flimsy styrofoam tray. The steak was a small portion in a paper container. If you place meat on paper, how long do you think it’s going to hold? They charged an extra $1.50 for the steak maybe for the broccoli head and trunk. There was also a free hair in the noodles. I would not recommend or go back.

Always friendly. Always tasty. I really like that that have seasonal specials to keep things interesting and all of the nutritional info is on the website if you have special needs. All calories are listed on the menus too!
