I love this Panda Express. The food is always fresh, so you might have to wait a bit, but it's worth it. I brought a group from work, and everyone had steaming hot food in about 10 minutes. They're great!

we will not be back, went in for dinner and was waiting in line, I get they where busy, but another customer comes in I believe from the drive thru with a wrong order, well instead of throwing the food out after the customer clearly opened the package the girl just put all the food back into the serving bowls…. What if the guy put something in the food or dropped it or whatever, you don’t put food back in and reserve it.

There was a girl named Carrie at the the drive thru window , she was VERY rude. She had a nasty attitude the whole time she was making my food, she slung it at me out the window. I said thank you and she didn’t even say a word, except rolling her eyes and slamming the window shut in my face. This isn’t my first encounter with her either. I walked in last week and she didn’t even acknowledge me. Not to mention she got my order wrong. 10/10 don’t recommend terrible employees. If I could give this, no stars I would because it deserves absolutely zero stars… Worst food ever and the worst employees ever

I love Panda Express — it used to be one of my favorite spots. This location however gets frazzled when they get too busy and it’s disappointing. It happens every time I go. They’re out of teriyaki chicken, the wait for the chicken is always long. The lo mein is too quickly made and too firm. The green beans in the string bean chicken are way too firm and almost never touch the grill, they don’t put sauces in the bag even when there are obvious items in the bag that mostly require sauce (the rangoon). If you’re out of teriyaki chicken, tell me at the speaker, not at the window and make me scramble to make a decision. If you have only three Rangoon left, tell me when I order at the box. When the line gets too long, start sending people out to take orders. This location could have great potential but the small details take away from the meal experience. Staff is kind, I will give the staff credit to their customer service. Due to these overlooked mistakes constantly happening over and over again, I avoid this location as much as possible, even though I don’t want to. I was happy when it opened. Not so much anymore.

The food has always been spot on. Well sauced and fresh. And staff is helpful and friendly. They keep it very clean. Prices are reasonable.
Do not order the Beef and Broccoli, it's actually broccoli sprinkled with bits of beef. I didn't mean to but I actually laughed when I asked for it, and thought she was mistaken and giving me broccoli as a side. For what they advertise their pay rate to be, the staff ought to be a bit more proud and happy.

I am giving 5star on service just because I observed Laura working super hard. She was multi-task the whole time we were there. She was attending the drive-thru, taking orders for in the front, cleaning tables, changing trash bags, etc. (literally doing everything).
