I ordered a breakfast sandwich from Panera a sausage egg and cheese croissant came home and it had chipotle mayo on it called the restaurant and talked to manager who could care less and told me refund takes 5 days will not be going back I was also told the person in line was new and will be coached what a leader

Terrible service at the store on US 441 Street. They gave me my order cold and when I told them it's not hot they heated it up but when I opened my order again it was soaked in grease and only lukewarm. I am very upset, my husband decided to leave without further ado but I am very upset with their service. They gave me the coffee without sugar and without cream where I clearly asked for a cold coffee. Their lemonade tasted like it tasted like when you squeezed a bad lemon. But what bothers me the most is my sandwich.

It was my first time at panera's and I will go back it was delicious ?
Online order; almost $10 for 2 cups of soup when ordered online. That's absurd. My stupidity for going ahead and buying it but I was sick and had a taste for soup. I always thought Panera was overpriced but this will be the last time I ever buy from them. 3 - 2 cup containers of soup were over $30 and they charge a "convenience fee" on top of it. Saying you're only charging $1 for delivery is an insult to my intelligence.

Went for the bagels. I'm from Boca Raton where the bagels are on every corner... Which explains why my pants don't fit! Anyhoo, if you're jonesing this place works. I found the staff friendly, the dining room clean and well stocked, and the toasted cinnamon crunch bagel delicious. ?
I absolutely hate writing bad reviews but my bf and I just ordered from here we got a bread bowl bacon mac and they told my boyfriend they didn't have breadbowls which is fine but they threw extra pieces of bread in there. When we get home he pulled out the food....this mac n cheese isn't even enough to fill up my 2 year old and he paid over 12 DOLLARS for a like 3oz container and 2 pieces of bread LOL everything for a sandwich and a mac was and one more item was over 30 dollars in total... they literally take frozen food shipped out to them and warm it in hot water like prison food I've had friends that have worked at panera in the past. I was really excited about trying the bacon mac. :/

The chicken bacon rancher tastes fine if you like ranchy bread. There was maybe an ounce or two of shredded chicken. Not worth. Broccoli cheese soup is always fire though, so they got that going for them.

Terrible service. They serve customers inside first instead of mobile or delivery. Takes 35min to make soup and a sandwich. I do not recommend going to panera during the afternoon.

Ordered the NEW items on the Menu for lunch… The Toasted Italian and The Ciabatta Cheese Steak Terrible the menu says the Italian has multiple meats on it and it only came with 1 meat on it and very little to say the least The cheese steak had enough meat to only fill up 3/4 of the bread
This stems from poor Managment, employees don’t even know what comes on the sandwich
