Order is always wrong. The workers always seem to be in La La Land. Ordered pick two and a bread bowl. No bread bowl. Notified them & watched two people fiddle-faddle over the contents of my bag, appearing confused. They finally got a bread bowl and put it in the bag. The time that they took to figure this out, my soups are now cold. Itâs not rocket science.

Iâm very disappointed with my recent experience at this Panera Bread. Cashier Darynis couldnât get my order right, she gave me the wrong drink the first time, and when I finally received the correct drink (a chai latte), it was half empty. I even had to purchase another drink just to fill the cup. I come to this location often and have never had an issue until today. Very frustrating and unprofessional.

My name is Jason and I would like to give a shout out to Kaylie sheâs so nice and polite as most of the staff there I canât say I have met one that wasnât but she always has my orders ready and I just like to pay it forward and let people that are working hard with a smile on their face get recognition cause itâs not easy. We all know itâs not easy keeping it breezy Incorporate America these days, but Panera bread is one of my favorite places to go when I want a nice comfort meal keep up the great work Kaylee

A nice fast food restaurant with great options, except they don't have Gluten free bread. The Harvest meddley Chicken salad was excellent, but I had to ask for more dressing. They have a good kids menu.
Best described as an upmarket MCD in terms of style, definitely upmarket food

Got an Asaigo bagel this morning and was not impressed. I used to love them, but they've changed the recipe and they are now awful. No taste at all. Why did you ruin a good thing.
Despite it being a little overpriced for the kind of food they offer but I always come back for their cookies, muffins and cheese bagels. They are so soft, full of flavor and perfect for a little treat any time of the day. When it comes to lunch the only thing I ever order is the Chicken Frontega sandwich (it was suggested by one of the ladies on the cashier since I donât eat any bacon) hands down one of my favorites, with its smoky flavor and melty cheese and of course the Broccoli Cheddar Soup is a comforting classic that always hits the spot. I really like all the soups they offer but in my opinion the size of the cups are small compared to what you pay for. This specific location stands out because of its absolutely wonderful staff theyâre always so kind and welcoming making every visit a great experience. I also have to mention their delicious hazelnut coffee itâs the perfect complement to their baked goods and keeps me coming back!
