Good food. Always consistent. Almost $4 for a bagel is a bit much. Just soup price is way high. Mac cheese is amazing. Change the absolutely awesome music. There is no way anyone likes that junk. Bad music, terrible singing. No name stuff. Wait. After 7 really bad songs Tina turner played.

Would have given more stars if half of the avocado that was on my sandwich wasn't bad ?? . It's bad enough that there's not much meat on the sandwich as it is, but then I had to scrape about half of the avocado off to boot.

2023 Order catering 18 bagels. Very nice employees. Added plates, knives, and butter. Everything was packed up at the pick up time. Very efficientFebruary 2024 I had pre-ordered catering 13 bagels plus cream cheese. No one in the lobby when I picked up at 6:35 am this morning. Counter service person acted as if I was an imposition. No greeting. My bagels were in a bag, not the catering box. I was missing a bagel, and I had specifically requested butter, but no butter in the bag. Good thing I checked. Worst service I have ever received at this Panera Bread location or any other Panera for that matter.

The food at this location is excellent and the place is very clean.
The parking was easy and straight forward, the food was great! Maybe because me and my family didn't eat the whole morning, but it was super good and hot! I would definitely eat the food that we ordered again. The service was also good, they welcomed us, etc. The atmosphere was funny, almost everyone was sleepy and tired. A Kroger driver almost fell asleep. It was funny and enjoyable. I would give on a scale of 1 and 10 a 9.5
Left the sandwich out of my to go order and when I called to see if they could refund my card they said I had to drive back which was 20 minutes away and now I’m leaving for out of town. Poor customer
