Placed online order at 10 AM and requested 11:45 AM delivery time. At 12:40 PM, an hour after my requested delivery time, I received a call saying my order was canceled. Called store for help,but for the majority of the call the manager refused to accept accountability and told me I didn’t place my order with their store. Email confirmation that I received proves I placed order at their store. Very dissatisfied with the service I received. I ordered those pizzas for a party at my kid’s school. Now lunch is going to be over an hour late. If your company is going to cancel an order, you should give the customer advance notice. Why didn’t I receive call at 11:45 saying my order was canceled?

Do not ever deal with the owner/ manager of this location. I placed an order by phone and then saw a deal by placing an online offer saving me 25 dollars on a large which I originally ordered a mediums. The counter girl was very nice. The manager on the other hand, openly argued with me in front of other customers saying I screwed him by making the two mediums even though I told them to cancel that first order before it was even made. I will never return to this establishment and highly suggest you do the same! I'm reacing out to corporate as well. Don't openly argue with customers in front of other customers. It was suggested to me by one of his employees to cancel this order and make a new one.

Got the New York style, crust, half pepperoni and onion and half pepperoni and pineapple husband loved the pineapple,. Sauce had good flavor.

So I would have possibly given over 4 stars if the cheese wasn't covering the toppings like mine was. This caused it to be too soggy. I baked it in my toaster oven on 400 for a few minutes, in case anyone else gets this issue. Cheese isn't to be placed on top of ingredients that are also greasy. This will cause the pizza to come out more soggy than intended. (The photo shows the cheese over toppings.) Also I saw no insulated bag when my pizza was delivered, could also play a part.. (Maybe also make sure the oven isn't messed up) I really like Papa John's and this wasn't Papa John's..

I wish I could leave a review with no stars. First off I was greeted with a dry hello. I ordered earlier in the day for a pick up for later at 6pm. I even tipped 15% and still got horrible food. The dough was dry and hard, no butter, almost like a frozen pizza, not enough sauce and the cheese didn't pull like it normally would when you bite into a pizza. My niece came over for dinner from college so this pizza was important because we love Papa John's and the entire dinner was ruined. Pizza was cold and dry, definitely NOT fresh. It must've been cooked about 2 hours beforehand because everything was cold and just not good, I picked it up myself I live one mile from the location. Management please review your store and handle the problem because this is not the Papa John's we know.

We picked up a small veggie pizza and it was kind of perfect. Had not had papa John’s in many years and grabbed this in the way to the park. Sat by the water and had pizza. It was really veggie, not just a cheese pizza with some veggies thrown on top. This was a VEGGIE pizza and it was good. Crust stayed non-soggy and hot. Too many times veggie pizzas are a soggy mess for crust because of the moisture in the veggies. Whatever papa John’s does to make these definitely fixes that.
I order frequently, but tonight missed the mark. The pizza was overcooked, had the texture of cardboard and was not enjoyable.
It did not taste fresh whatsoever. If places want to charge over 20 dollars for a pizza make it worth 20 dollars. There are several pizza places to choose from. My money will be going elsewhere.
And all they offered was a credit, no refund. The pizza will be fed to the racoons of Mount Dora.

My daughter coached me into going because we both felt like pizza. They were not friendly. They were actually rude. When I asked for the address here she pointed and told me to look on the door. I was asking gently. It’s the rudest Papa John’s I’ve ever visited

Ordered 4 pizzas & 2 boxes of breadsticks + mariners sauces for the birthday party of a two year old. Pizza was ready on time, hot, and the order was correct. Friendly workers when I walked in. Quick and easy. In and out. Good experience here.
