I'm new to the area and this was first order. I was quoted 37 mins delivery time. Watched the driver pass by my house and go the more affluent neighborhood. Took an hour and 15 mins and my food was cold. Will not order again.

My wife and I have been ordering from this restaurant for awhile,the last few times the pizza has been way below standard to the point of nasty. 55.00 dollar's spent tonight and I feel completely ripped off.the food was horrible undercooked and nasty tasted nasty looks bad not what I expected from a papa john's.so Monday I will contact corporate and find out why I can't get my pizza right. Not worth the money.

Ordered a large stuffed crust pepperoni pizza from this location last night. Only had 2 slices, but apparently it was just enough to give me food poisoning! ??Unless you prefer getting sick after eating food from a restaurant, stay clear of this place!

I'm going to keep this short and sweet so I'm not going to get into the nitty gritty details I'm just going to tell you what was wrong. The temperature of the pizza really sucked. I asked for specific things about the pizza being made. I did not get what I paid for. I thought I was going for a better brand restaurant chain pizza. But I got to tell you Pizza Hut in eustis makes better pizza and they are not even 5 minutes apart from each other and I get fresher and better pizza from them. It's definitely not like the Papa John's I have ate in the past.

Just want to say how great Papa John's was for me and my staff and residents Chris and all the other employees there today were fantastic My residents want me to order more next time from them so I will continue to go back to Papa John's to get pizza 15 pizzas for jalapeno bites they loved it thank you guys see you again soon

Pathetic. If you only open to carry out because your lazy employees don’t want to *gasp* WORK because they don’t want to get wet from a little rain, why bother to open at all. Do not give these lazy good for nothing bums your business. I wish I could give this sham of a restaurant zero stars.
