This is my second time trying Peach Valley Cafe and unfortunately I’m just not impressed. Maybe what I was thinking and what they actually serve is not the same. I ordered home fries and to me home fries are fried potatoes with onions nicely seasoned. What I got was basically potatoes wedges with seasoning salt. To be completely transparent the potatoes that Wendy’s serves for breakfast are way better. I also ordered a waffle it was good but you can’t really mess up a waffle. So for a waffle scrambled eggs bacon and “home fries” I paid $22.22 if the quality matched the price I would have not mind but this was just not worth it

How this place has less than five star reviews I will never know. The atmosphere is amazing. Everyone seems cheerful and upbeat. From the second I walked into the door I was kindly greeted and sat right away. Jessica my waitress was super fun. Walking around singing and providing amazing service. She was kind to watch a video I shoved in her face. I think they are trying to get me hooked on apple fritters, which are free for new customers BTW. This is definitely gonna be a go to spot when I come to Mount Dora.

Placed an online order went to pick it up. I was not greeted by anyone I was standing where it said pick up your food. No one ever came to help me. There were three people standing by the check-in desk. Then eventually I took two steps over towards the cashier, no one ever looked at me to help me they kept talking between themselves Look like somebody that was dishwasher or who cleared tables came by I asked him to check because there was clearly a to go bag sitting there. He looked at it he didn’t say it was mine. He went to the back he came back. He said somebody will be with you shortly. five minutes later, nobody’s come out so I turned to the three people standing there and asked them if one of them could please help me with my to go order that’s when one of the ladies sure oh my goodness I’m like you didn’t see me standing here oh we did we’re we’re checking people in. I said no you’re not there’s nobody around you and the people that you were checking in you’ve already taken their names they’re all standing around waiting to be seated , she apologize again. Looked at the bag that been sitting there for 10 minutes. Had my name on it and handed it to me extremely poor customer service I suggest you go to another Peach Valley Cafe and avoid Mt. Dora.

Another great breakfast place that will be added to our list! Great food and prices. Had the peach Bellini and it was one of the best I've ever had. Ordered the berry stuffed French toast so glad I got the half order as it was huge!! Deliciousness. Service was attentive. Outside seating was nice and quiet.
Stop scrolling if you are looking to see if you should come here, drop everything you are doing and come experience one of the BEST breakfast spots EVER. The atmosphere is incredible, AMAZING service from our waitress Jess, and some of the BEST breakfast food we have had to date! 10/10 ( The chicken and waffles was to die for! )

The food is delicious, freshly grilled, cooked. They have breakfast and lunch options perfect for a nice diverse brunch. Service is very good: Hostesses all nice and productive, Waiters/Waitresses all very quick, nice, and overall just great staff. The place has a homey southern touch, but is clean and inviting.
