I went into the Mt Dora location and the customer service sucks and the pizza I ordered was incorrect ask for onions and got mushrooms tried calling and no answer

Second time in a row I ordered pizza hut in the past couple months and it's door dash delivering? Which I don't have a problem with if you cannot get drivers BUT the first time they didn't drive down the driveway...drove through my yard to deliver it and then spoke no English so couldn't follow instructions to drive down the driveway lol so they drove through the yard again. Second time, I was lucky to see someone driving away. They left the pizza on the ground at the door. No knock. Doorbell ring. No notification. It would have sat out there forever if I wouldn't have noticed the driver driving off. It's a shame because I'm obsessed with pizza huts stuffed crust. I'm scared to order again. What if they end up just driving through the house and then leave no text about my pizza arriving?

I ordered a couple of weeks ago and it was brought to me via doordash by a very untidy and very shady individual. I do understand today is Valentine's, however, I purposely ordered it at 630pm online for a 8pm delivery.... it's 8:27pm and my pizza just got picked up again by doordash. Do you no longer employ your own employees that you can hold up to standards? And my pizza will be almost an hour late even though I ordered it in advance. No thanks, I'll make sure to give my money to local not franchises any more.

Doesn't matter if you give them specific delivery instructions because it seems only 9 times out of 10 do they print out on the receipt that they give Door-Dash. And THEN when Door-Dash contacts your by text asking for any delivery instructions they don't inform the driver which I found out yesterday. Pizza Hutt doesn't have its act together so I'm moving on. Never again.

I ordered here before I always get a person that answers the phone that I can't hardly understand and then they get mad when you ask them to repeat them selves. But the last time I had to hang up cus it was to much girl was disrespectful and she told me they didn't have sausage but when I ask her what does she have she says sausage and I stopped her and said you just said no sausage so she gets disrespectful and started arguing with me so I just hung up I'm done with pizza hut not because of the food but the employees their workers

Placed an order at 6:42 PM scheduled to arrive at 8:22 PM. The app notifies me the order is on the way. I receive a text stating the order is on the way. When I call the restaurant at 8:32 PM to check on the status of the delivery, the manager tells me he doesn’t have the dough to make the pizza. I don’t expect this type of service from Pizza Hut.

From the time I placed my order until the time I picked up and paid ; the staff were welcoming and very professional. As I was leaving with my order; was thanked and asked to come back.
The driver clearly dropped my pizza or let it slide around in the car. This is unacceptable. I would like someone to contact me.

We have ordered three times and twice pizza was burnt and the order was wrong. Other time we ordered pepperoni lovers no lie it had 5 pepperoni for the whole pizza. So bad that when we opened it we could not tell which one was cheese and which one was pepperoni they were both burnt and could not see any pepperoni...good note wings were yummy like always and cinnamon sticks were so yummy.

I ordered from this place 3 times and this last order was horrible pizza was Disgusting and undercooked, I was vomiting and throwing up. It was the worst I would never recommend this place to anyone. Then they gave me a credit back for the pizzabut put it on my phone number instead of returning it back to the credit card on file. Pizza hut is garbage cardboard pizza never again will I water from this place!
