We ordered one pizza on Halloween was told it would be 30 to 35 minutes and ended up being over an hour and arrived cold awful for $30 was a total waste each had a bite of one piece and threw it out we called a few minutes after and we were hung up on called again hung up on again finally gave up. I would not recommend this Pizza Hut!!

Ordered Pizza last night online at 9pm or so. The estimated time was 30-40 min. After waiting an hour, I called. I ended up with a call center, not the restaurant I was calling. They were going to transfer me to the local PizzaHut to check on my order. I got hung up on. I called back 3x and was hung up on all 3x. I finally got a text from the delivery driver. He first said doordash, then he said Uber (probably works for both). He said he just got the order. So apparently Pizza hut doesn't use their own delivery drivers. Then he texted me again and asked for my address. He said he was not given the right address. Finally the pizza arrived about an hour and a half after my order was placed. This is the LAST TIME I will order from Pizza Hut. Poor service, Out of area call center, Not using their own drivers, and the pizza was not hot and was just OK. PLUS... I just realized I was charged $5.99 DELIVERY FEE plus a TIP!

It took multiple terrible experiences for me to write this review. This place just can’t seem to ever get it right. Currently on minute 30 waiting for half our order they gave to someone else. Avoid this place and order from the one in Eustis.

Ordered the pizza meal and both pizzas and wings were not good at all. The only thing that resembled pizza hut quality was the breads ticks. Very disappointing. I thought I was treating my family to pizza hut but we barely ate.

Great for the price! Kind of slow bringing pizzas out for the buffet, always putting thicker type pizzas out, never thin ones ( hence to fill u up) but it's a good value if ur stomach can handle it, main waitress very good works hard the older lady there!

This location was not bad , the pizza great as always . I ordered online ahead of time and waited like I usually do . My only complaint was waiting about 20 minutes after ordering online first thing at open . I was the first customer and it was not too busy, other than that everything was fine .

This Pizza Hut consistently excels in customer service, especially when it comes to order pickups. Marc did an outstanding job with our order tonight. Every time I visit this location, they truly aim to please. Their attention to detail with toppings is impressive, ensuring they are evenly distributed on every pizza. Additionally, they are highly organized with timely deliveries. A big thank you to the pizza makers for consistently delivering quality pizzas. This team in Mount Dora is exceptional!
Ordered a delivery order which came on time, however, the door-dasher said they didn’t give him our drinks or sauces when we questioned him and just walked away. Meanwhile, he got tipped. Called the store, and a very pleasant employee named Angel took my call, and had another dasher bring the missing items. It took 30+ minutes to receive the missing items, so the pizza was cold by the time it got here. But, I was very appreciative of them asking no questions and sending someone as soon as they could. I have had more issues since DoorDash has been taking the orders out, however. It’s always a toss up of whether they will be on time or not. Regardless, thank you Angel for being so pleasant!

Second time in a row I ordered pizza hut in the past couple months and it's door dash delivering? Which I don't have a problem with if you cannot get drivers BUT the first time they didn't drive down the driveway...drove through my yard to deliver it and then spoke no English so couldn't follow instructions to drive down the driveway lol so they drove through the yard again. Second time, I was lucky to see someone driving away. They left the pizza on the ground at the door. No knock. Doorbell ring. No notification. It would have sat out there forever if I wouldn't have noticed the driver driving off. It's a shame because I'm obsessed with pizza huts stuffed crust. I'm scared to order again. What if they end up just driving through the house and then leave no text about my pizza arriving?

I ordered a couple of weeks ago and it was brought to me via doordash by a very untidy and very shady individual. I do understand today is Valentine's, however, I purposely ordered it at 630pm online for a 8pm delivery.... it's 8:27pm and my pizza just got picked up again by doordash. Do you no longer employ your own employees that you can hold up to standards? And my pizza will be almost an hour late even though I ordered it in advance. No thanks, I'll make sure to give my money to local not franchises any more.

Doesn't matter if you give them specific delivery instructions because it seems only 9 times out of 10 do they print out on the receipt that they give Door-Dash. And THEN when Door-Dash contacts your by text asking for any delivery instructions they don't inform the driver which I found out yesterday. Pizza Hutt doesn't have its act together so I'm moving on. Never again.
