Our son wanted sushi and he loved it! The pad Thai has a very different flavor that I was not a fan of, but they replaced it. I chose the shrimp Thai basil and it was phenomenal. The chicken habachi was also great as well as the soup that came with it. Very good, sweet server, will return to try more!

Friendly and interactive staff, very patient as well. Portion sizes are just right. Sushi offerings have variety and consistency in quality. Would come again. This place is literally just as good as this Sushi place called Wasabi in Jacksonville.

I ordered from Saga Fusion through DoorDash, and I’m absolutely disgusted by what I found. While eating the salad that came with my hibachi meal, I suddenly bit into something hard. When I spit it out, I realized it was a fingernail. This is beyond unacceptable. It completely ruined my appetite and made me question the cleanliness and food handling standards of this restaurant. I’ve never had such a disturbing experience with takeout before. I’ve reported the incident to DoorDash, and I strongly urge Saga Fusion to review their food safety practices. This is not something any customer should ever have to deal with.

Wait staff (Zoey) is genuine and cares about your interpretation of food. Food is clean, fresh and delicious!! We had a yukisoba, tempura, crab Rangoon’s, and spareribs.

We will definitely be back, best fusion in town!

We were in town while escaping hurricane Milton. The teriyaki salmon was excellent as was the hibachi filet. Large portions and cooked just right. Combined with excellent service, we really enjoyed our visit

The best value is the hibachi meals. Soup, salad, and entree. I have also enjoyed their sushi creations.

We ordered sushi rolls, gyoza, and calamari! We were so excited to try and even more elated when we saw how clean the place is! The waitresses who attended our table were so attentive, we didn’t have to wait on a thing! They made our experience amazing and I wish I knew their names to give them a shout out. If you want a clean restaurant with a superb staff, this is the place to be! Thank you guys!

Reporting from Saga Fusion restaurant in the Stonybrook plaza: my Wife had Chicken and Vegetable Tempura and I had the Pad Thai. Both were very tasty, fresh and delicious and served in large portions. The premises are very well appointed and larger than it looks from outside. They have an extensive Sushi menu. Pls support this local gem; it’s their 1st anniversary! Outstanding service, as well

Parking: Parking directly adjacent with handicapped spots available directly across the main drive for the shopping center.

We’ve been wanting to try this restaurant since they opened , finally had a reason to go for my birthday and was very impressed. We keep returning. Staff is very courteous, food is amazing. There isn’t anything I’ve tried that I haven’t liked yet. I think we finally found our local hangout spot.

We came in for lunch on a Saturday and it wasn't too busy when we got there, though it did pickup by the time we were finishing. The service was excellent and our servers were knowledgeable and helpful. The food came out quickly and was excellent. Would definitely recommend for sushi and food from the kitchen!
