Found a good Vietnamese restaurant. Great service, tasty food. I love the seaweed salad, Pho, Tango Mango Roll. Will try something different every time. My husband and son always order the Hibachi dinners and love them. Sometimes the chicken is a little dry, but most times ok. I recommend Saigon Fusion and will be back.

Pho is amazing here, and the portion was well over worth the price! The service was great, very friendly staff. You gotta give the sushi a try. We ordered the mango shrimp roll, and it was perfect combo of sweet and salty flavor . Must stop by and try the food here!

Dinner hibachi comes with a delicious fresh minced ginger and lettuce salad, and onion soup. The main plate comes with a generous portion of stir-fried noodles, vegetables, and rice, along with the meat of choice. I like to put the remaining ginger juice of my salad onto my main dish for extra flavor, you should try it.

I usually go with pho but I decided to try the hibachi menu. Big mistake. Fishy scallops and freezer-burned steak on top of a massive stack of noodles and rice. Not great meat portions for the price either. My girlfriend was right, only do hibachi when you can see what they're cooking.
The sushi was fine, service as well, the quality just wasn't there with my order. Pho and sushi have been good in the past as well.

Stop here after a long afternoon at the flea market and downtown Mount Dora! Looking for Vietnamise food. Not disappointed at all ! Great food and service. Also have sushi and hibachi food. Didn’t took pictures my self but definitely will go back and 100% recommended. Also they opening a Bubbla tea place next to it.

Great price for reasonably healthy quick dinner. The staff is always accommodating and friendly. If you want a nice meal out that won’t kill your diet or wallet Saigon is your go to!
