I’m truly disappointed. This is the 2nd time I’ve come to this establishment and the cup cakes were almost as hard as rocks. The icing was one worst then the first time. The ice cream was great but the pastry and other desserts I do not highly recommend. Unfortunately I wasted my money twice. Should have just gotten the ice cream.

This was our first time at Scoops on 5th. We read the reviews and thought it would of been great but we were very disappointed. My daughter had the cappuccino crunch, my son in law had a birthday cake shake and I had the mint chip. It was the worst ice cream we ever had. My daughter and I took 2 bites and tossed them in the trash. My son in law took a few sips and said it tasted like chemicals. In the trash it went. Don't waste your time...

Very unfriendly workers. As soon as we stepped foot inside the shop, it felt like we were inconveniencing their gossip time. They completely ignored us for a good 5 minutes until one of them decided to help us. The ice cream was very good but the service was bad so I’m not coming back.
