I guess today was not a good day to visit! Attendant had an attitude, she even threw the ice cream scoop to the side when I told her I want to try the flavor first. Funny thing is they always turn the screen when your going to paid expecting a tip. Well guess what? If you want a tip treat your customers well and with respect, cause truth being said there wasn’t even a greeting when we came inside.

The ice cream at Scoops on Fifth is good, but the service was absolutely horrible. The staff behind the counter were incredibly rude, which completely ruined the experience.
While I was there, a Spanish woman with two kids who didn’t speak English was trying to order, and the worker behind the counter was rolling her eyes at them just because they didn’t know what they wanted. It wasn’t even busy—there were maybe 5-6 people in line—so there was no excuse for the attitude.
The same treatment was given to us. The woman actually told others to skip us in line because we needed a little extra time to decide. That level of rudeness is unacceptable.
How you treat your customers says a lot about the establishment and its owners, and based on this experience, I’ll never be coming back. Great ice cream doesn’t make up for terrible service.

Prices weren’t too bad, but honestly it was “delicious” either. Cupcakes tasted kinda gross, root beer float was good. Overall, I recommend checking it out and seeing if you or others would enjoy it.

Chocolate chip cookie melted in our mouth, so sweet and soft! Ice cream was also good and they had great portions! Can get pretty packed depending on what time/day you visit but staff is always friendly & quick! All around great choice for a sweet treat!

Lots of varieties of flavors. Unfortunately, each one is just too sweet, we were a group of 10 people and each one had to throw away half of its ice cream because of the sweetness of it. I’m an ice cream lover, got pistacho and Coconut but got very disappointed with the ice cream served on this place. It was crowded so I thought I’d be delicious but unfortunately I was wrong.
Been in Florida since 2008 and have never found Superman ice cream (which is my favorite), i finally found it here. This place rocks.

I can't say what we thought of the ice cream, since we didn't try it, but the cupcakes we got had definitely seen better days, as they tasted stale. Instead of being moist, they were dry and a little hard, and the frosting wasn't the right consistency, either. Over $20 worth, and we threw most of it out. The service was friendly, but we won't be back for bakery items that aren't fresh.

Fantastic diversity of ice cream flavors. We went on a lazy Friday afternoon and had a great time with the family relaxing with a few scoops. We recommend the coffee and peanut butter flavors for sure. Polite and efficient staff. Plenty of seating during off hours.
