I get ice cream from here often but no more will I go here was served by one girl she was very nice as we ate my son put 50 cent in to the toy vending machine it ate his change so the lady was nice and gave him another 50 cent to try another machine so he did as we got ready to leave another girl named Emily came from no where and started yelling at my young son saying he stole 50 cent out of the tip jar and when I intervene she said we have camera I can look. I will never be back or recommend this ice cream place to any one get better service you never yell at a kid let alone to a child!! Very disappointing

We were served quickly even though the shop started to crowd up. So the employees are great and well trained, especially for under pressure circumstances. The ice cream, a bit pricey, was creamy and left me wanting more. I believe it is Hershey's. We also ordered a mini canoli pastry and it looks yummy, we took out and yet to try it. I will visit here again on my next trip to Mt. Dora.

The tags need to say what's in the pastry. I got a cannoli cake for someone thinking nothing of it (the tag just said "cannoli cake"). Come to find out there's a citrus icing in the cake and the person that ate.. well started to eat the cake is allergic to citrus. I'll be reaching out to the owner, especially given the fact that the girl I spoke to seemed like a child and wasn't very concerned with the fact that she sold someone something that could've killed them. Curious if you guys do the same with peanuts or is that a common enough allergy to be properly labeled? Things like this are how businesses get lawsuits brought against them. Do better.

This place did not disappoint ! It's one of Mt.Dora's most frequented and top spots to check out. The staff is always super friendly and nice. They were so patient with us since we were so indecisive but gave great recommendations . This ice cream shop has such a variety for a sweet treat. You can choose from gelato, ice cream, cookies, mini cakes, donuts, cannoli, cupcakes, etc. Prices are very fair for the quality you get for the baked goods but for the ice cream it's a little pricey in my option and it's not in house. We were able to sample some ice cream flavors (3 total) with small spoons but narrowed it down to getting some cakes and going somewhere else to get coffee. We got the coconut cake and it was amazing . The frosting was decadent and it was probably one of the moist cakes I've had in a while. We also ordered a Caramel apple cookie and white chocolate macadamia cookie. The caramel apple cookie tasted just like apple pie in cookie form and warmed up with some ice cream it would've been a home run.

Great Hershey Ice Cream and a couple of different desserts. They rush to order and don't give ice cream sample spoons.

We dropped into this location to grab some gluten-free edibles. The store is clean and has a great ambience. Service associate was nice.

Cute little place and very busy. Hanging at the craft fair today and with it being so hot, ice cream was an obvious go-to. Glad we went with the cup option so it stayed in the cup instead of down my arm. Was able to get 2 different flavors with the 2 scoops and it was nice and frozen. I've often seen that on hot days, many ice cream places don't turn the freezer up high enough, and the ice cream will be rather soft and melty as soon as I get it. They actually had it nice and solid so that I could enjoy the cold treat before it had a chance to melt. Yummy stuff too and good quality. Would recommend!

We stopped by on Friday before the craft show. The shop was not busy and we ordered our pumpkin and apple caramel cookies. We found the pumpkin muffin heavy with ginger and tasted more like a gingerbread cookie. The apple caramel tasted very good but we thought both needed to be cooked just a bit more The broke if you picked them up. Overall it was good.

Went here yesterday for the first time. After waiting for over 10 minutes to order the person at the counter was very rude. First time ever in Mount Dora and experience this kind of rudeness.

Location is cool. Easy walking from any place in downtown Mount. Dora though they don't make their own ice cream, it's Hershey's ice cream so it's okay and processed

The staff is always really nice and patient with the kids. The price is pretty high for ice cream but the atmosphere and experience are worth the special moments with the kids. Always a go to place for rewards
