I placed an order for six brownie for gender reveal pick them up last weekend. I was so upset they were just thrown in the box. She was going to put some sprinkles on it, and then decided to cover it up with the whip cream. It was awful very unprofessional.

I live in NJ and wanted to send Stackd Brownies to a FL resident as a sympathy gift. I found Stackd Brownies online and the brownies looked amazing. I called the store and explained my situation. John from Stackd Brownie called me back and walked me through ordering from Uber Eats. He even stayed on the call with me until the order was received into his system. To top it all off, he went to the store and bought an actual sympathy card for me (without my asking) to send with the order. Customer service at this level is unheard of. He really went over and above. I only wish that I lived in the area to personally thank him and to snag a brownie for myself?. Thank you to John and the entire Mt. Dora Stackd Brownie team!! Fantabulous Brownie cupcake's in a range of decadent flavors. I had 3 different one's over 3 days, and each one was absolutely wonderful. Very tasty, the right amount of delicious toppings. Pean butter was great, as was the M and M, and the cake batter was divine. highly
