This Starbucks location has a pretty congested drive thru most of the time but man they made my shaken espresso soooo good! I even got free cold foam through a mobile offer! Would recommend

Such a convenient location but unfortunately so inconsistent & 9/10 not good. My regular menu item (brown sugar shaken espresso) tastes different (in the worst way) than any other location I have been to, and I go to Starbucks every single day of my life. Why is this one so hard to make? Baristas are nice & friendly, but drinks are gross, please go back to basics, this is the only location that is drastically different. Pls & thx.

I came today for my Sunday lazy day coffee, the barista Lex was so nice! We joked about the new cherry chai. When her shift was over she brought me out a mini one to try. So thoughtful. It really made my day ❤️

This location specifically has definitely gone downhill in the past few years after Abby took over, and recently I've been starting to come here less and go to Eustis Starbucks and foxtail more often for this reason. Normally, Starbucks has the best options for food and drink, but this location is so inconsistent when it comes to beverage quality because of their emphasis on window times. What a shame. I think that their customer service and staff are the biggest reason for this decline though. The evening team is wonderful for the most part, very friendly and professional and not in too big of a rush. The morning team however, needs an attitude adjustment. Abby, Mackenzie, and Bridget(although I don't think she works here anymore) are the most unprofessional, rude, cliquish, and seemingly miserable people I have had the displeasure of interacting with. I hear them gossiping about customers and their coworkers on the job any time I decide to stop here. I know that a few other coworkers of mine stopped coming to this location as well specifically because of the behavior of these employees. If their higher- ups had any mind they'd fire the management of this location and hire people who really care about the job. Go to Eustis Starbucks instead!

Went through the drive through and got a coffee, while I was at the window Hannah had the rudest tone, treated me like I was stupid and was snappy. I would say this is new but it's been a few times since I've come here I received this kind of service.
