I ordered a sandwich from there. The employees were very very rude! The sandwich was not made right at all. They had several/many empty holes ffrom the chips and drinks. This place has gone down hill so much since about mid January. I would NOT RECOMMEND this subway to anyone anymore.

Chandra was very good at totaly customizing my Veggie Patty subVegetarian options: I had a custom-made veggie patty foot long sub, toasted, with onions. Then, Chipotle sauce on one half & Aoli Garlic on the other. ALL the veggies & black olives. It was FAT & Delicious! Chandra was upbeat, friendly & made suggestions during the whole process

My husband had a terrible experience with one staff member who was making our sandwiches. I wasn’t there, but when he came home, he was very upset by the way he was treated. He asked for extra chipotle sauce she told him there was a shortage of that sauce and she couldn’t give it to him. He wasn’t happy with that, and she continued to be, very rude to him. She swore at him using the F word numerous times that is clearly unacceptable to us. I don’t know why people in the service industry (employees) seem to think it’s OK to be rude to customers. We are very disappointed with the way my husband was treated today , so sad. We are frequent customers of this subway and have never been treated this way before !!! I have tried to call the establishment to no avail. I will continue to do so until I talk to the manager. I would like to rectify the situation. No one at any Establishment (subway in Mount Dora) should swear at a customer who just asked for extra chipotle sauce!

This is a nice and clean Subway with seating for approximately 20. If you've had Subway before, then you'll already know what you're likely to get. Staff is pleasant and helpful with suggestions.Parking: Depending on time of day / local traffic, and the direction you plan on going, this place can be a pain to get out of.

I’m actually disappointed. I ordered online an italian bmt with double meat and not only did they not put double meat but they only put ham leaving out the other two different meats that are usually in an italian bmt. If anything this location is a scam.

We ordered online and my husband ran over to pick it up. Of course, the place was packed (Friday late afternoon) and our order wasn't ready. My husband took a seat, and the order was ready within a few minutes. Our order was accurate and the subs were delicious! Another good visit to this location!

Haven’t had a good experience for the last 4 mobile orders. They either don’t have the order ready or incorrectly make the order. This most recent time I was actually told they weren’t making my sandwiches and to cancel my order thru the app due to not having break at 5pm. Don’t bother coming here and save the hassle by going to the subway down the road by big lots.

Ordered a meatball sub, and this is what I get for dinner at work at 3AM, not a single meatball! This was definitely intentionally! The owner needs to fix this! This occurred June 30th at 6:15 pm, I want my my tip back as well! This employee was too lazy to prepare more or thinks bad service is funny!
